G. CONSTRAINTS
The Director of Rowing requires anyone to advise him of any constraints for
Rowers and Coxswains within their training group. Some may need to have
discussions with Coaches around possible constraints they may have around
selection and participation in certain required events. The Selectors will try to
consider some of these constraints where they apply to Rowers and Coxswains
who have been participants in the high performance group (1sts and 2nds boats)
over an extended period of time. Any consideration of these constraints and their
subsequent impact is completely at the discretion of the Coaches and the
Selectors and will apply for this year only.
