If arriving in Terminal 1, the escalator going down to ZERO (0) level is directly across from the Starbucks in between baggage carousels 7 and 9 in the baggage claim area. Take that escalator down one floor to “ZERO (0) Level” (which is the Terminal 1 – Economy Parking – Limo – Bus – Shuttle pick-up area). • If arriving in Terminal 3, baggage claim is on ZERO (0) Level. Exit ZERO (0) Level through Ground Transportation (Door 5) to board the Inter-Terminal Shuttle. Take that shuttle bus to Terminal 1 (that’s its only stop—about a 10 minute ride). • Upon exiting the inter-terminal shuttle, or Terminal 1, look for the BLACK or WHITE shuttle buses (with AWG Charter Services on the side & parked in the Bus Parking area--spaces 16 through 22) on the right hand side of the crosswalk. The shuttle will have signs posted in the windshield and side windows that read “SANTA FE.” All chartered shuttles/buses park in spaces 16 through 22. It is NOT located/parked in the area marked for “Hotel Courtesy Shuttles/Vans”. • The Santa Fe Station Hotel does not provide a shuttle service for all guests. This shuttle is only chartered for CTOS participants attending the HazMat Technicians Course and does not run any other time than the times stated above. This free shuttle service is only available on Sunday and Friday of the course week. Therefore, anyone arriving early or departing later (for personal reasons) will be responsible for their own transportation arrangements and expenses. The same goes if you change or miss your flight. • Individual Transportation Arrangements: For the people being picked up by the Santa Fe Valet on Sunday: Go to Level Zero - Terminal 1 - wait by the benches and vending machines just outside airport exit doors. Look for BLACK EXCURSION – DO NOT cross the sidewalk. • Participants that encounter a flight delay should check the schedule for the next available shuttle. If you decide to spend extra time at the airport you risk the chance of being left behind. So please pay close attention to the scheduled pick-up times. • When choosing a departure time from Santa Fe Station Hotel, please remember to give yourself enough time for travel plus an extra two hours before your flight departs. Travel time to the airport can be 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on traffic. **It is the sole responsibility of the participant to ensure they do not miss their flight.
