[Tiger Air Taiwan Shuttle Bus -Taoyuan International Airport to
Taipei City Downtown – Terms and Conditions]
1. How to pay : Please pay the fare online in advance by credit card.
2. Fare:
person.
One-way fare NT$ 125 / one person; round-trip fare: NT$ 199 / one
3. Timetable to the airport: The shuttle bus departs at stop 1 in Taipei City
downtown 2.5-3 hours prior to the flight schedule. The shuttle bus departs at stop 1 in
Taipei City downtown 2.5 hours prior to the flight schedule from 22:00 to 09:00 the
next day
Ex: If your flight departs at 10:20, please take the shuttle bus at stop 1 (Taipei Main
Station) and stop 2 (Minquan Junior High School) at 07:20 and 07:40, respectively.
Please arrive at the stop at least 10 minutes before and await the shuttle bus at the stop.
The chauffeur will depart timely after calling the roll for the interest of other
passengers. The shuttle bus will not delay for any passenger unable to show up on
time
4. Stop (to the airport): Stop 1 : Gate E3, Taipei Main Station。(See the right side of
the homepage.)
Stop 2 : In front of Minquan Junior High School, MRT Daqiaotou Station (See the
right side of the homepage.)
5. Timetable from the airport : The depart time depends on the arrival time
announced in terms of the flight arrival by the cabin chief.
(The shuttle bus departs in around 45 minutes after the flight arrives at the airport.)
6. Stop from the airport:
The vehicle cannot wait for passengers too long, so the passenger may turn on the cell
phone as the flight arrives. Please claim the luggage and leave the lobby of terminal 1,
and turn right and go downstairs to Bus Parking Zone No. 19 for taking the shuttle
bus (see the right side of the homepage). The shuttle bus will depart after the
chauffeur calls the roll.
7. Stop to downtown: Stop 1 : Exit No.3 MRT Daqiaotou Station (Aside Daqiao
Elementary School)。
Stop 2 : Gate E3, Taipei Main Station。
8. Cancellation / Alteration: It is necessary to give the Company the notice of
alteration and/or cancellation in advance prior to 24 hours. A passenger has to pay for
the charge of NT$ 50 / per person for manual processing if such notice fails to be
given in advance prior to 24 hours
9. Terms of refund:
1. If the chauffeur service fails to be done by schedule due to force majeure, e.g.
natural catastrophes of typhoon and/or landslide, and/or flights changed by the airlines,
the Company will refund the sum 100%.
2. If the chauffeur service fails to be done by schedule due to personal causes and the
Company fails to receive the cancellation notice in advance prior to 24 hours, the sum
deducting the charge of NT$ 50 / per person for manual processing will be refunded.
10. Manner of refund :
It is necessary for the passenger to actively contact the customer service center for the
refund matter. It takes 7 workdays to finish the procedures. The refund will be
returned to the credit card by the customer service center after confirming the data and
deducting the charge of NT$ 50 / per person for manual processing.
