Set in 250 acres of stunning woodland scenery, Dalziel Park offers a range of beautiful boutique
accommodation. Situated in the heart of our exclusive parkland and golf course, we also have a bar &
brasserie and an award-winning restaurant.
With two stylish suites available, The Cedar and The Woodlands, both of which overlook the picturesque
countryside, Dalziel Park is truly an idyllic location for your wedding.
FROM INTIMATE TO ELABORATE
Dalziel Park has two beautifully arranged suites which are perfect for hosting your special day.
Our Woodlands Suite can accommodate from 40 to 100 wedding breakfast guests and we can cater for up
to a maximum of 110 guests for your evening celebrations. With beautiful views overlooking the 9th hole
of our exclusive golf course the Woodlands Suite is the ideal setting for a more intimate wedding reception.
Our Cedar Suite is designed for those larger wedding celebrations and can accommodate from 80 to 290
wedding breakfast guests, rising to a maximum of 330 guest for your evening reception. Also overlooking
our golf course the Cedar offers stunning wedding gardens, twin terraces, private drinks reception area and
red carpet entrance ...the Cedar Suite has it all.

Whether you are planning a religious service, civil marriage, civil partnership or simply wish to renew your wedding
vows, we can help with your plans. Our dedicated wedding co-ordinator will be on hand to ensure all your

DEPOSITS /PAYMENTS
TOP TABLE DECORATIONS
MENUS
All provisional bookings will be held for 14 days with no
obligation, however if no deposit is received within this
time period, then provisional bookings will automatically
be cancelled. All deposits are non-refundable and nontransferable regardless of the time frame.
You can choose from either fresh top table flowers
(which will be supplied by a third party with a reduced
choice of flower types and colours that are in season)
or a pair of 6ft Silver Candelabras.
It is the clients’ responsibility to inform the hotel, prior
to the event, of any guests’ special dietary requirements
or food allergies.
To guarantee your wedding booking a £400 deposit is
required within 14 days of your provisional booking. A
wedding booking contract will be issued by Lisini Pub
Co. to be signed and returned. On payment of your
£400 deposit it is understood that you have read, and
fully agreed to all our terms and conditions. All deposits
are non-refundable and non-transferable regardless
of whether or not the booking contract has been
completed and returned to Lisini Pub Co.
ACCOMMODATION
A further deposit of £1000 is due 9 months prior to
your wedding day. 90 days prior to your reception,
50% of the anticipated remaining balance will become
payable. The full balance is due 21 days prior to your
wedding, no refund will be given for any decrease
in numbers after this time. These deposits are nonrefundable and non-transferable if the wedding date is
cancelled.
A final sundries bill may be payable on the day. If we
are unable to contact you due to change of address
or phone number we reserve the right to cancel your
wedding irrespective of deposits paid.
ALL UNDER ONE ROOF
If you wish to hold both your wedding ceremony and
reception in the same venue, at Dalziel Park we can
help.
A ceremony can be added to your package for an
additional arrangement fee of £300 when in the same
suite as your reception.
It is possible to hire additional use of the Woodlands
Suite for the duration of your ceremony when having
your reception in the Cedar Suite for an exclusive rate
of £500.
Guest accommodation will be secured for the bride
and groom. Your accommodation will be available from
2.00pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by
10.30am the following day.
As part of our wedding package we offer favourable
accommodation rates for wedding guests who wish to
stay with us at Dalziel Park. Due to limited availability
we are unable to accept provisional bookings and a
non-transferable or refundable deposit of £25 per
room is required to secure additional accommodation
for your guests.
As there may be another reception taking place at
Dalziel Park on the same day, we will always reserve
two Rooms.
The remaining 12 rooms are available on a first-come,
first-served basis. Unfortunately we are unable to
take provisional bookings and each room can only
be secured by paying a non-refundable and nontransferable £25 per room deposit.
INSURANCE
We don’t want anything to go wrong and we will work
hard to ensure you have a perfect day, however there
are some things that are outwith our control.
We would therefore strongly advise that you arrange
adequate wedding insurance cover.
Please note that the hotel and Lisini Pub Co. will not
be held responsible for any loss or damage caused to
the clients’ property, including wedding gifts brought
into the hotel.
Guest numbers, menu selections and timings are
required 3 weeks prior to the function.
Children under 12 are charged at half price of the
adult menu selection. Children under 3 may have a
complimentary small portion of the adult menu, unless
they request a special menu.
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT at the current
rate. A minimum of 80% of your total guests must be
catered for in the evening buffet selection.
THE FINE DETAILS
The bar is licensed until 12.45am, DJs and live bands
may play until 12.45am.
While every effort is made to safeguard client’s
property, Lisini Pub Co. does not accept liability for
any loss or damage caused. Please note Lisini Pub Co.
reserves the right to alter any offers, menus or prices.
Wedding flowers are supplied by a third party. While
flowers are blended into your colour scheme, a
reduced choice may be applicable due to seasonal
variations or fluctuation in price.
Chair covers are only provided with our Gala and
Winter Chic Wedding Packages.

WINTER CHIC PACKAGES
CANAPÉS
Dalziel Park Hotel, Motherwell offers two wonderfully
arranged suites. The Woodlands Suite is designed to
hold more intimate weddings for 50 to 100 guests.
Our larger Cedar Suite has its own red-carpeted
entrance and can accommodate 80 to 290 guests for
your Wedding Breakfast with maximum of 325 evening
guests.
Three course wedding breakfast is based on 50 guests
in The Woodlands Suite and 75 guests in The Cedar
Suite using Menu 1 and offers one choice per course.
Additional choices are available as an upgrade and
can be discussed with your Wedding Co-ordinator.
Children’s choices are available and can be included in
your number; however, no alteration in package price
will be made.
A selection of chef ’s choice of three different types will
be provided, catering for two per person.
CAKE
Our drinks packages are based on 50 guests in The
Woodlands Suite and 75 guests in The Cedar Suite
(includes glass of wine on arrival, a glass of red or white
wine with the meal plus a top-up and sparkling wine
for the toast) and are non-exchangeable, however,
additional choices can be added at an extra cost.
Our Wedding Cakes are supplied by the award-winning
Special Days Cakes in Uddingston. Choosing from the
Lisini Cake Selection you can select from one, two
or three tier designs, in fruit, chocolate or sponge,
complete with either white or cream icing. Your Lisini
Cake Selection can be upgraded at an additional cost
payable by you directly to Special Days Cakes.
Lisini Pub Co cannot be held responsible for any

COLOUR SCHEME
We will endeavour to match your bridal colours for
cakes, flowers and chair cover bows but a perfect
match is not guaranteed.
CARS
Bridal cars and wedding party car hire are both
supplied from a third party. Please note choices
available will depend on availability.
Evening buffet is based on 100 guests in The
Woodlands Suite and 200 guests in The Cedar Suite.
This is a choice of either The House or the Evening
Breakfast.
Please note that choices are non-exchangeable,
however additional choices can be added at an extra
cost.
This package is available to new bookings only and
cannot be changed or substituted for any other date.
Prices may be revised on an annual basis and prices
quoted may be subject to change. VAT at the current
rate is included in the price.
WEDDING ROOM DRESSING
Chair covers are supplied for the wedding breakfast
only. The room dressing of white table linen for all
tables and white linen napkins are supplied by Lisini
Pub Co.
Your ‘Lisini Car Selection’ can be up upgraded at an
additional cost which will be paid directly by you to the
car hire specialist.
Our wedding chair covers are white and chair bows
are supplied in a selection of colours, please note that
the colour choice depends on dates and availability at
the time of booking.
Lisini Pub Co cannot be held responsible for any
moneys paid to third party suppliers.
Chair covers and chair bows are provided by a third
party supplier.
DJ
Professional DJ is booked via Lisini Pub Co by Best
Sounds, contact Kenny Graham on 01698 813330.
DATES
Winter Chic packages are available in The Woodlands &
Cedar Suites from November till March, 2013 to 2016.
Our ‘mid-week packages’ are available from Sunday
to Thursday and ‘weekend offers’ are for Friday and
Saturday weddings.
PAYMENTS
Our partners will be paid directly by Lisini Pub Co
for what has been included and described (as above).
Any substitutions, amendments and additions to what
has been included in the package are to be made
directly with the vendor. Please note that Lisini Pub Co.
reserves the right to alter this offer as it may be subject
to change and/or it may be withdrawn at any time.
Vendors may be subject to change.
Terms and Conditions apply and prices are applicable
