To claim: Complete all fields on the online redemption form available at www.hotpoint.co.uk/change and submit, together with a scanned copy of your proof of purchase (sales receipt, order confirmation or delivery note). No other forms of redemption will be accepted. Customers in Republic of Ireland should visit www.hotpoint.ie/change 7. For a claim to be valid, all relevant information must be supplied, including the Model Number, Product Serial Number and a copy of your sales receipt, sales invoice or proof of delivery, clearly showing the purchase of the qualifying appliance(s) during the Promotional Period. th 8. All claims must be received by the 24 December 2014 (referred to as “Closing Date”). Claims made after this date will not be fulfilled. 9. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, delayed or corrupted during delivery or other reason whatsoever. The Promoter is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information supplied to the Promoter by the entrant. 10. The Gift is as stated and is not transferrable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute gifts of equal or greater value at any time at its sole discretion in the unlikely event of stocks running out or in the event of unavailability due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control. 16. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a Gift it has reasonable grounds to believe that the entrant has breached any of the terms and conditions or has been fraudulent or has acted contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
