1. The promotion is open to all residents in the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland)
and Republic of Ireland, aged 18 years or over (excluding employees and their immediate families of
the Promoter, participating retailers, their agents and anyone professionally connected with this
promotion).

November 2014 (inclusive) or whilst stocks last. Subject to availability. All valid claims must be

6. To claim: Complete all fields on the online redemption form available at www.hotpoint.co.uk/change
and submit, together with a scanned copy of your proof of purchase (sales receipt, order confirmation
or delivery note). No other forms of redemption will be accepted. Customers in Republic of Ireland
should visit www.hotpoint.ie/change
7. For a claim to be valid, all relevant information must be supplied, including the Model Number,
Product Serial Number and a copy of your sales receipt, sales invoice or proof of delivery, clearly
showing the purchase of the qualifying appliance(s) during the Promotional Period.

8. All claims must be received by the 24 December 2014 (referred to as “Closing Date”). Claims
made after this date will not be fulfilled.
9. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, delayed or corrupted during
delivery or other reason whatsoever. The Promoter is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate
information supplied to the Promoter by the entrant.
10. Offer available on Selected Hotpoint appliances only, whilst stocks last and not to be used in
conjunction with any other offer.
11. The gift consists of 1 x Hotpoint small domestic appliance to be selected from the list of products
outlined below(“Gift”). All Gifts are available, whilst stocks last.

12. The Gift will be delivered within 60 days of the validation of the claim. Any Gifts returned to sender
due to inaccurate details supplied will be considered unwanted and the claim will be
invalidated.
13. Adverse weather conditions could impact on delivery dates. The Promoter is not responsible for
delays due to adverse weather conditions.
14. Purchase of a Selected appliance is necessary.
15. The Gift is as stated and is not transferrable to another individual and no cash or other
alternatives will be offered. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute gifts of equal or greater
value at any time at its sole discretion in the unlikely event of stocks running out or in the event of
unavailability due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control.
16. By submitting a claim, you agree that the Promoter may disclose information to its agents for the
administration purposes only for this promotion.

17. If you have positively opted to receive further marketing information from the Promoter, your
details will be held by the Promoter for this purpose.
18. At any point after the Promotional Period you can ask for your details to be removed off the
mailing list by contacting the Promoter.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a Gift it has reasonable grounds to believe that
the entrant has breached any of the terms and conditions or has been fraudulent or has acted
contrary to the spirit of the promotion. By entering this promotion, you confirm to be bound by these
Terms and Conditions.
20. You understand that all information (including these rules) relating to this promotion published on
any promotional or advertising material or on our website at any time before or during the
Promotional Period will form part of the terms and conditions of entry.
21. These Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in
England and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
22. If the Promoter fails to comply with these Conditions it shall not be responsible for
non‐foreseeable losses including (but not limited to) losses related to the loss of anticipated
enjoyment, loss of anticipated savings or any waste of time. This clause does not limit or exclude the
Promoter’s liability for death and personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent
misrepresentation. This promotion does not affect a consumer’s statutory rights.
23. The decision of the Promoter in all matters relating to this promotion is final and binding.
