in creating and executing a unique brand activation at Felix Meritis, in clubs or
temporary pop-up locations throughout the city.

Cocktail Hours
The perfect way to meet and socialize with your international electronic music
industry network is a sponsored drink/cocktail hour at one of our conference
locations, where (potential) business contacts can be offered a drink while
companies and/or products introduced to them. It’s possible to host a cocktail
hour at one of the two beautiful conference locations alongside Amsterdam’s
pretty canals at the Felix Meritis café and the Dylan Hotel garden. Warner
Music, Universal Music, Fuga/Independent IP, Sonos and Sol United did just
that in 2012/2013.

The ADE badge and lanyard are the best ways to gain visibility for your
company. They are worn by every professional, the badge is the most
important identification tool during the event.

Conference Bag
The ADE conference bag is given to all conference attendees. Inserting your
promotional material is a great way to bring your artist, company or event to the
attention of the international dance music industry. The cost of one promotional
item inserted into each of the 5.000 conference bags is € 850. Heavy items may
be charged an additional fee. Flyers will be sealed in a pack inside the bag.
Materials need to arrive at mailing office between 6-10
October 2014 (open from 9am-5pm).

DJBroadcast Magazine ADE Special
DJBroadcast teams up with the ADE for the official magazine of the event. The
196 page, English written ADE magazine focuses on both the festival audience
and the conference visitors of ADE. It features all three parts of the event: ADE
Festival, ADE Conferences and ADE Playground. Expect to be informed about
the main players as well as underground talent, clubbing and life in Amsterdam,
music rights, books, gadgets, gear, fashion, party line-ups, and of course all the
program details of conferences like ADE Pro, ADE University and many more.
The ADE festival magazine (DJBroadcast ADE special) is published on the 19th
of September and has a circulation of 35.000. In Holland 25.000 copies will be
distributed, while 10.000 copies hit shops in Europe.
The magazine will also be included in the ADE conference bag.

The perfect way to promote your label or event is to be seen at the right
places. ADE offers the possibility to gain visibility by distributing flyers at
relevant locations like record shops, clubs, cafés, restaurants, beach clubs,
and a network of (clothing) shops. ADE offers the following packages for the
distribution of flyers and posters:
Flyer packages (20 flyers per location, A5 or A6):

Vespa Car Promotion
During ADE, eight Vespa Piaggio Ape 50s will ride through Amsterdam all day to
distribute flyers at relevant locations like record shops, clubs, cafés, restaurants,
beach clubs and a network of (clothing) shops. ADE offers the possibility to
brand one of these eye-catchers the week before and during ADE with six
posters on the sides and back.

iPhone & Android App
Connecting and interacting with your network as well as having quick access to
the program during ADE is very important. ADE makes it easier and a lot more
fun for clubbers and professionals alike with its service navigation app for iPhone
and Android. The apps make it possible to plan your interactive route to all ADE
events, using for example Layar. There are several possibilities for sponsor
activities within the ADE apps.
