CMD Credit Statement: This live activity has been AMDCP
pre-approved for a total of 11.5 Management credit hours and 3.5
Clinical credit hours toward certification as a Certified Medical
Director in Long-Term Care (CMD). The AMDA CMD program
is administered by the American Medical Directors Certification
Program. Each physician should claim only those hours of credit
actually spent on the activity.
Pharmacy Continuing Education Credit: This program has
been approved for 14 hours of pharmacy continuing education
(CE) credits from the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy and 1 hour of
Pharmacy Law continuing education credit.
