• provide care before and after school for children aged four to eleven;
• are open during the school holidays;
• escort children to and from school;
All children, including disabled children and those with special educational needs, will be offered the same opportunity and quality service.
Some breakfast clubs are exempt from registration by Ofsted if they operate under two hours and are provided by the school
