Agency commission of 15% on space and
color will be given to bona fide agencies
if the invoice is paid within 30 calendar
days. No agency commission on guaranteed position, production, mechanical
charges, or if payment is later than 30
days. There is no cash discount.
RATE PROTECTION CLAUSE
Proper notification will be given of any
rate change. Space orders may be
cancelled at the time a change in rate
becomes effective without incurring a
short-rate adjustment on space already
run, provided the contract has been
earned up to the date of cancellation.
