Key Performance Areas: Co-ordinate and Manage the Administration of Chief Directors’ office. Ensure efficient and effective document management in the Office of the General Manager. Ensure efficient and effective flow of information between the Office of the GM, the Directorates within the Chief Directorate, DDG’s Office and any other relevant Office or Stakeholders. Record, circulate track and report on tasks and referrals received and conveyed by the General Manager within the set timelines. Support the General Manager to ensure timeous compliance. Be the Sub – Inventory Controller and manage the assets of the Office. Consolidate and compile reports. Request and consolidate reports. Compile internal and external reports.
