Egress (Take Down) Time: Exhibitors may begin display removal on Wednesday, February 18 after
3:10 pm following the last tradeshow break. Any booths not removed by 6:30 pm will be dismantled
and stored by Central Display. Exhibitors must contact Central Display directly for the return of
their displays. Fees may apply for this service and will be charged directly to the exhibitor.
Dismantling of the displays prior to the official removal time is NOT permitted.
Official Show Guide: All confirmed exhibitors as of January 16, 2015 will be listed in the Official Show
Guide; however Show Management assumes no responsibility for any errors or omissions within the
Official Show Guide. All advertising, including that which comes with sponsorship, must be submitted to
[email protected] by January 11, 2015. Please follow the instructions in the exhibitor’s

Farmer’s Saloon, $7,500: An exclusive opportunity to sponsor our 2015 Farmer’s Saloon on
February 17, 2015. As the Farmer’s Saloon sponsor you will have the opportunity to play your video
messaging or get on-screen logo recognition during the Farmer’s Saloon gathering. You may place

Business Networking Room, $3,000: This exclusive sponsorship opportunity is host of the Business
Networking Room located in the Carlton room, which delegates have to walk by to get to breakout
rooms. During the day the Business Networking Room provides a place for delegates to meet and
discuss business, respond to business issues from the farm or make new business deals. Free WiFi, tables,
chairs and couches are provided for your pleasure. As a sponsor you can brand the room yours during the
day, and in the evening of February 17 it will become the CropConnect Hospitality room with a cash bar.

recognize the impact the agriculture industry has in our country, honour the people who stand out in our ag
