Submission Requirements: • Make check payable to PVHS ASB Yearbook. • Submit pictures in jpeg format; if the image or images are submitted in any other format, you will be asked to resubmit it. • Artwork may be submitted through email, CD, or flash drive. Unfortunately, we will NOT ACCEPT hard copies of photos or advertisements. Emails should be sent to pvhsadsgmail.com. We will not be responsible for returning CDs or flash drives; if you would like your materials returned, please pick them up you from Room 415. Please email ahead of time to make arrangements for a pick-up time. • Submit all materials (forms, money, and artwork) to Room 415 no later than Friday, October 17, 2014. Late submissions of any forms or artwork for advertisements/dedications will not be accepted. • All sales are final-no refunds will be granted. Guidelines: • Images must be at least 300 mega-pixels per inch. • Images and wording must be appropriate for the yearbook.
