Late Entries will be accepted on the day if the class is not already full.
The course will be open for inspection on
Saturday 18th October from 12.00 - 4.00pm
Gates open on the day at 7.30 a.m.
Approximate starting times will be given to all competitors.

Horseware National Hunter Trial Series Final
to be held at Elland Lodge in October 2015.

RULES AND CONDITIONS





















Hard hats to PAS015 or EN1384 standar d m ust be w or n at all
times when mounted.
Back protectors and Medical arm bands ar e com pulsor y.
Stop Watches are NOT permitted to be worn.
The Judges decision is final.
No horse or pony under 4 years old may compete.
Neither the organisers, landowners or the committee accept
responsibility for accidents, loss, damage or illness of any horse, owner,
rider, spectator, pet or any other person or property whatsoever.
Age is taken as at the day of the event.
No illegal assistance by spectators.
Any objection must be lodged with £20 (refundable if upheld) within 10
minutes of the results being posted.
The committee have the right to cancel du e to adver se w eath er
and it is the competitors responsibility to telephone and confirm that the
event will take place (01929 403580).
The Organisers reserve the right to retain £5 per entry should
the event be cancelled.
No horse or pony may compete more than once in any one class.
If riding more than one horse please indicate clearly the
preferred order of running and the preferred order of acceptance if the
event is over-subscribed.
No entry fee will be refunded without a Vet or Doctor’s certificate
Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
Competitors must jump singly (except the pairs class) and must give way
to faster horses.
Late entries £5 extra, provided the class is not already full.
Health and Safety. The or ganiser s of this event have taken
reasonable precautions to ensure H & S of everyone present. For these
measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions
to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions
of the
organisers and all the officials and stewards.
Please provide your own number bib.
Please make any withdrawal to the secr etar y as soon as possible
Prize-giving will be un-mounted but all those placed must be correctly
dressed. If you leave before presentations please inform the Secretary.
