 Sample of each colour of uniform shirt and uniform shorts of captain and libero (minimum 2
colours are needed)

Referees:
We are living in rooms where our student normally lives, therefore we kindly ask you to show all
respect you can for their things in the rooms.
We kindly ask you to bring bedlinen (sengelinned) and towels, we provide duvet (dyne) and
pillow.
If You don’t bring, bedlinen and towels can be rented for 100,- dkr. per person.
We can host you from Saturday the 11th. It will cost you 40 euro extra pr. person pr. day.
Meals
All meals will be served at ISI.
Meal times will be determined according to the match and training schedule.
Please let us know if there are vegetarians or persons that are allergic to something.
We can serve you with meals between meals (snack; fruit and bread) – price: 5 euro pr. person pr.
day. Please let us know in advance, if you like us to provide that for you.
Transportation
Distance from ISI (accommodation) to Ikast-Brande Arena is 400 m. So we will walk forth and
back.
Medical services
Ice is available all time at accommodation so that you can bring it to matches and training.
The nearest hospital is located in Herning (15 minutes by car)
Registration
Each participating team can register a delegation composed of maximum 12 players and 4 officials
+ 1 international referee/team.
The visiting teams are kindly requested to send the CEV CH-05 form to the organizers at the latest
30 days before the competition by e-mail. The formula can be found here: http://nevza.com/nevzachampionships/
NB! The Danish Volleyball Federation would like to have the exact arrival and departure times of
the visiting teams and information about the size of delegation and number of referees, as soon as
possible. At latest 30 days before the tournament.
Financial matters
Each participating team will cover
 Travel all the way to Ikast and home again
 Payment of their own international referees
 Per diem for food and lodging. 40 euros per day per person.
30 days before the competition, each participation team must pay the following to the Danish
Volleyball Federation: € 160 per person.

Rules
FIVB rules are valid for the tournament.
Libero
The libero can be changed to other player in between matches during the tournament. A change of
libero should be announced to the secretary and referees at the latest 60 minutes before the start of
the match.

If the match before is delayed, you will have, all together, 30 minutes before next match starts.
Competition and Training schedule
Training times will be confirmed after receiving the teams’ arrival times. We will make sure that all
teams have at least one hour of training on competition court before the matches starts.
Game plan will be confirmed after receiving the participating teams final registration.
4 teams – all against all – one goldmedalmatch and one bronzemedalmatch – 4 matches pr. team
5 teams – all against all – 4 matches pr. team
6 teams – 2 groups – 3-4 matches pr. team
7 teams – 2 groups – 4-5 matches pr. Team
Pointsystem
The pointsystem will be according to the new CEV rules.
1. Matches won
2. Ranking Points (3-0 or 3-1: 3 points, 3-2: 2 points, 2-3: 1 point, 0-3 or 1-3: 0 point)

4. Match Point Quotient
5. If the tie continues, as per their match point quotient, the teams will be placed according to the
result(s) of the match(es) between the teams concerned.
