Harvest Services 2014
Thank you to all those who brought flowers, fruit and vegetables to
the Church last weekend. We are very grateful to the large team of
volunteers who decorated the Church on Saturday, made up bunches
of flowers and bags of fruit on Monday morning and to the others
who distributed these to 44 of our members who are now confined to
their homes or residences.
We were also able to send the vegetables to the former Clogrennan
residents, and surplus fruit to Roddensvale and the Harbour Bear Cares.
All of these were gratefully received. Advance Notice
The Belfast Community Gospel Choir are coming to Larne on Saturday
29th November. Tickets are £10 and will be available from local Churches
and Larne Tourist Information Centre (028 2826 0088). Early booking
is advised. Venue: Larne High School (Entrance by Sallagh Park where
there is car parking space).
Sound Team
More members are needed for the team which operates the church
sound system each Sunday. If you would be interested in this vital
service please speak to Gary Glasgow as soon as possible. Training
will be given.
