visitors not staying on site. It covers camp administration, use of amenities, and includes morning and
afternoon teas, and supper. Fees must be paid at the time of enrolment. This is in addition to the tuition fee
for all those not staying on site – students, family, siblings and other visitors.
If you are coming to camp everyday but you are not staying on site please choose the option OFFSITE when
choosing your accommodation option. You will be charged $45.00 per person for the total period of the camp.
If you are coming to camp for one or two days but are not coming to camp everyday please choose CASUAL

Casual Visitors
It is possible for other family members to come to camp part-time (for example, a parent and a non-playing
sibling might want to come for one night). On the registration page you need to indicate in the drop-down box
that a family member is “casual”. You will then be directed to an additional page where you will be able to
select individual meals and accommodation.
If you are coming to camp everyday but you are not staying on site please choose the option OFFSITE when
choosing your accommodation option. You will be charged $45.00 per person for the total period of the camp.
If you are coming to camp for one or two days but are not coming to camp everyday please choose CASUAL

Program start time
Welcome and Play in will be at 11am on Thursday the 15th.
Teaching will start after lunch on Thursday the 15th.
Individual lessons
Thirty minute individual lessons are available this camp. These lessons, which are one-on-one with a tutor, are
$45 per half hour. When you register online you can opt for individual lessons. These are held in the
afternoons. Due to the tight schedule and demand, individual lessons are likely to clash with the outdoor
activities. Please indicate on your registration who you want your child to have their individual lesson with.
Individual lessons fill quickly so they are filled on a first in-first served basis.
IMPORTANT: Individual lessons are likely to clash with afternoon outdoor activities. Students enrolling in
individual lessons will miss some or all of the scheduled outdoor activity if it falls at the time of their
individual lesson. Pre-booked individual lessons take priority to afternoon activities.
Child Supervision
Please ensure that children are adequately supervised at all times. All students must be accompanied by an
adult/guardian staying on site, who is responsible for them 24 hours/day.
Camp Singing
Each morning BEFORE breakfast we will have a group singing session which we invite all those attending camp
to participate in.

Never been to camp before? Here’s some more information…
The first day
Everyone arrives early (around 10am) and sets up their accommodation (motels, lodges, cabins, or tents), and
have a look around camp. We then have a health and safety talk by the camp, and then the play-in concert
about 11.30, followed by lunch. After that the kids go to classes. One adult is expected to attend the class with
each child.
Camp is busy!
Be warned…camp is busy. Breakfast is at 8.00am and then it’s into classes straight away at 8.30. Kids should be
ready for class before breakfast, and if you’re helping in the kitchen you need to be super-organised.
Everyone Meal-time rosters
Everyone over 10 years of age has a role to do on the roster – usually meal preparation, meal serving, setting
& clearing tables, & cleaning the dining room. It’s really important that everyone does their bit to make the
roster work and for camp meals to run smoothly. We need people to turn-up and be on-time for their duty.
The roster is on the noticeboard in the dining room.
Outdoor Activities
We run outdoor activities (bushwalks, tubing on the creek, flying fox and more) in the afternoon. These are not
compulsory. So if you feel your child is tired, needs a rest, or you have an individual lesson booked then you
can skip the activities. In the evening we have a teenagers fun program for secondary school aged children.
Again, it is at parents’ discretion whether they feel their children should partake in these activities.
We need parents to help supervise with the outdoor activities, and training is required. This will be
organised at camp. Most activities have staff as well, or a group of parents running the activity.
Concerts
Each day there are pre-dinner concerts and after-dinner concerts. This is a chance for all the kids to perform.
The children must go to their rehearsal (it’s on the schedule in the afternoon) so that they know the order they
are playing in and get to practice with the accompanist. We prefer that students are dressed smart and tidy for
their concert. We expect students to be in black and white with tidy black shoes for the play-out concert at the
end of camp.
Fun Concert
One night we have a fun concert, where families can show off their other talents. This could be singing,
dancing, skits, family groups, groups of friends. It’s all organised at camp, but do come prepared if you want to
be in it.
