HOW TO ENTER/HOW TO BECOME A QUALIFIER:
NECESSARY. There are two (2) ways to enter this sweepstakes.
a.
NO PURCHASE
Listen to 97.1 FM The Drive. This portion of the sweepstakes will run weekdays
(Monday-Friday) from Monday, August 4, 2014, through Friday, September 5,
2014; however, the sweepstakes will not run on Monday, September 1, 2014.
Each weekday during the contest period, listeners must listen to 97.1FM The
Drive (also simulcast on 96.9 FM) for a song to be played by the “Artist of the
Day” in the hours noted on the Artist of the Day calendar below (the calendar will
also be posted online at www.wdrv.com).

8am & 4pm Upon hearing a song from the Artist of the Day on the date/time listed in the
calendar above, listeners have ten (10) minutes from the start of the song to enter
that day’s drawing. Note that webcasts of The Drive’s programming are typically
on a delayed basis, which may affect a webcast listener’s ability to participate in
this sweepstakes. Listeners can enter by one of the following methods:
i.
Text Entry. Text “DRIVE” to 60123. Text message rates apply. WDRVFM is not responsible for problems sending the text message. In the event
of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting a mobile text
entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose
name the mobile number is registered. The winner may be required to
provide evidence that the winner is the authorized account holder of the
mobile number associated with the winning entry and complete an
affidavit and any applicable release. One text message per person for each
artist of the day play period (i.e., two entries via this method of entry per
day).
ii.
Website Entry. Log on to www.wdrv.com, click on the “Artist of the
Day” icon and complete the entry. One website entry per person for each
artist of the day play period (i.e., two entries via this method of entry per
day).
Parts of an “Artist of the Day” songs occurring during promotional
announcements or at hours not listed on the calendar do not count as a listener's
chance to enter this sweepstakes via text or online entries; listeners are only
eligible to participate in this sweepstakes when the Artist of the Day’s song is
played by itself, in its entirety, not in conjunction with a promotional
announcement, and only during the hours listed on the calendar.
How to Become a Qualifier: After the completion of the playing of the song by
the Artist of the Day and when the ten (10) minute window of entry has ended,
one name (1) will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries received from both
methods of entry listed above to be the winner of a $500 qualifying prize and
become a qualifier for the Grand Prize. The winner will be called on the number
taken from his/her text entry or online entry within fifteen (15) minutes after the
start of the Artist of the Day song has started to play. If the Station is not able to
reach the person whose name was randomly drawn, the Station will leave a
message and the person must respond within 24 hours of the time he/she was
called. If the winner does not respond, he/she will not become a qualifier and
there will not be a qualifier for that Artist Song of the Day. The winner’s name
will also be announced on-air.
There will be up to forty-eight (48) qualifiers per this method of entry.
b.
Station Appearances. The 2014 Corvette will be displayed at station appearances
at various locations between August 4, 2014, and September 1, 2014. The dates,
times and locations of each station appearance at which the vehicle will be on
display will be posted on www.wdrv.com. In order to enter via this method of
entry, you must pick up and complete an official entry form during each such
station appearance. The Drive is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected,
incomplete, illegible or mutilated entries. Limit, one entry per person during each
station appearance; any person submitting more than one entry at each station
appearance may be disqualified.
How to Become a Qualifier: From all eligible entries received at each station
appearance with the 2014 Corvette displayed, two (2) names will be randomly
drawn at The Drive Studios on Tuesday, September 2, 2014, to be the winner of a
$500 qualifying prize and become a qualifier for the Grand Prize. The winners
will be notified by telephone and/or email.
Limit: one (1) qualifier per person; two (2) qualifiers per household.
2.
HOW THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER IS CHOSEN. To participate in the 2014 Corvette
give-away, each finalist will need to present himself/herself at the Grand Prize Event to
be held at the Main Gate of Ravinia Festival located at 418 Sheridan Rd, Highland Park,
IL 60035 on Saturday, September 6, 2014, before 12:00 p.m. (Noon) to be eligible for a
chance to win the Grand Prize. Check-in for the Grand Prize Event will begin at 11:00
a.m. and qualifiers must be checked in prior to 12:00 p.m. to be eligible to participate in
the grand prize drawing. Substitutes or stand-ins will not be allowed without The Drive’s
prior approval. All qualifiers eligible to compete for the Grand Prize must be present to
win. Any qualifier(s) arriving after 12:00 p.m., forfeits his or her participation in this
contest and therefore his or her chance of winning the Grand Prize. The Drive, in its sole
discretion, will determine how the grand prize winner will be chosen at the grand prize
drawing event.

3.
PRIZES:
a.
Qualifier Prizes. There will be up to fifty (50) qualifier prizes. Each qualifier
will win $500 in the form of a check, and a chance to compete for the grand prize.
b.
Grand Prize. There will be one (1) grand prize winner. The winner will have
his/her choice of one of the following prizes:
i.
The grand prize winner will win a 2014 Z51 2LT yellow Corvette Stingray
(Retail Value: $73,000); features include, but are not limited to: 8
cylinder 6.2 liter engine; 6 speed automatic transmission; leather Jet
Black-193 trim; Bose premium 10 speaker-UQS audio system; heated and
cooled seats; HD radio; remote vehicle starter; seat adjuster, power bolster
and power lumbar-AJK; roof panel, removable, transparent-CC3. The
vehicle will be used for promotional purposes during the sweepstakes and
will have a maximum of approximately 1500 miles on it at time of
delivery to the grand prize winner. A 1099 form will be submitted to all
appropriate taxing authorities. Any warranties and guarantees are strictly
limited to the manufacturer’s. The winner agrees to comply with all
applicable laws and regulations regarding motor vehicle ownership,
including, but not limited to, those dealing with the registration, licensing
and insuring of a motor vehicle. The cost of any changes or additions are
not included and are solely the responsibility of the winner. Vehicle
described, displayed and/or pictured may not be the actual vehicle
awarded. Vehicle prize recipient will be responsible for any title, taxes,
license, insurance and registration fees associated with the prize vehicle.
The Drive reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value
if the specific prize is not available at the time of the awarding of the
prize. The winner hereby represents, and The Drive and the other
sponsors rely upon such representation, that the winner (a) is familiar with
and has knowledge of the risks, dangers, hazards and perils involved in the
ownership and/or use of a motor vehicle, (b) understands and
acknowledges that the ownership and/or use of a motor vehicle may be
dangerous and may expose the owner and/or user to injury and liability,
and (c) hereby fully assumes any and all responsibilities, liabilities and
risks arising from, related to, or connected with the ownership and/or use
of the motor vehicle from the time the motor vehicle is delivered to
winner, including, without limitation, serious injury, temporary or
permanent disability and death, regardless of the causes. WINNER ON
BEHALF OF HIMSELF OR HERSELF, AS WELL AS HIS OR HER
HEIRS AND ASSIGNS, VOLUNTARILY ELECTS TO ACCEPT ALL
RISKS arising from, related to, or connected with the ownership and/or
use of the motor vehicle from the time the motor vehicle is delivered to
winner.
OR
ii.
$40,000 in the form of a check.
Odds of winning the grand prize are depending on the number of qualifiers that attend the
grand prize event on Saturday, September 6, 2014.
4.
CLAIMING YOUR PRIZE: Each qualifier winner must complete the necessary
paperwork and will receive his/her check on the day of the grand prize event if available
(check processing time of 7 days required after paperwork is completed). Each qualifier

winner must present identification acceptable to WDRV (e.g., state driver's license; state
issued identification card; valid passport with address verification; or birth certificate
with social security card and photo identification and address verification). If a winner
cannot prove he or she is qualified to accept the prize, the prize will not be awarded. All
unclaimed prizes remain the property of WDRV. If a qualifier is not present for the
grand prize event or the paperwork was not completed in time for a check to be
processed, once the necessary paperwork has been completed, the qualifier prize will be
mailed to the winner’s home address within 7 days. WDRV is not responsible for
problems resulting from the mailing of the prize to the winners’ home address. The
grand prize winner must claim his/her prize at Ray or Raymond Chevrolet within ten (10)
days of the day he/she wins the prize and complete all necessary paperwork and pay all
applicable fees/taxes.
5.
ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible to enter, individuals must be 18 years or older, U.S.
citizens, and be residents of Illinois, Indiana, Michigan or Wisconsin, and have a valid
driver’s license. Employees of Hubbard Radio Chicago, LLC, Hubbard Radio, LLC and
Ray and Raymond Chevrolet, or any other Chicago area radio or television station, or any
of their subsidiaries, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter. Anyone
participating in this sweepstakes or claiming a prize in this sweepstakes in violation of
these rules will be disqualified from winning a prize in this sweepstakes and from
participating in any Hubbard Radio Chicago contests or sweepstakes for a period of one
year. Participants in this sweepstakes are only eligible to win one minor prize and one
major prize (defined as a prize valued at $250 or more) per household every sixty (60)
days from WDRV.
6.
RELEASE; CONSENT TO USE LIKENESS, VOICE AND ADDRESS: Each winner
must execute an affidavit of eligibility. Each winner (a) agrees to release and indemnify
Hubbard Radio Chicago, LLC, Hubbard Radio, LLC and Ray and Raymond Chevrolet
(including their respective officers, directors, employees and subsidiaries, affiliates,
parent or related companies) from and against any and all liability, claims, damages and
actions arising directly or indirectly out of or sustained in connection with the awarding,
acceptance or use of the prize(s), (b) agrees that no sponsors or agents have made any
representation, warranty or guaranty relative to the prize, and (c) consents to the use by
the sponsors of this sweepstakes for promotional purposes only of his/her likeness and/or
voice, and address (city and state) without any additional compensation. By participating
in this sweepstakes, each participant agrees to the application of these official rules.
7.
WINNER LIST: For the name of the grand prize winner, send a separate self-addressed,
stamped envelope to be postmarked by October 15, 2014, to: Winners List, Drive Your
Dream Machine, WDRV, 875 North Michigan Avenue, Chicago, Illinois 60611.
8.
MISCELLANEOUS:
Decisions of WDRV-FM concerning any and all matters with respect to this contest shall
be final. Contest is void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law. WDRV-FM
reserves the right to change the prize values at any time. WDRV-FM is not responsible
for printing errors in the contest materials or these rules. WDRV-FM is not responsible
for problems accessing the website, or technical or atmospheric conditions that disrupt
the completion of the entry, or any other problems which might or might not result from
this sweepstakes. WDRV-FM, in its sole discretion, may disqualify any entrant from
participation in or use of any or all portions of this contest, and refuse to award the Prize,
if participant engages in any conduct WDRV-FM deems to be improper, unfair or
otherwise adverse to the operation of the contest or detrimental to other entrants of the
contest. Such improper conduct includes, without limitation, falsifying personal
information required during registration or prize claim, violating any term or condition

stated herein, accumulating entries through methods such as automated computer scripts
or any other programming techniques, allowing others to use entrant's personal
information for the purpose of accumulating entries, or intentionally trying to defraud,
reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise tamper with the computer programs in
connection with this sweepstakes. Participants agree that WDRV-FM may void any part
of the Prize that participant may have won and/or require the return of any part of the
Prize that participant may have won as a result of such improper conduct. Participant
further acknowledges that any forfeiture of the Prize and/or return of the Prize shall in no
way prevent WDRV-FM from pursuing other avenues of recourse such as criminal or
civil proceedings in connection with such conduct. WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT TO
DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF
THIS CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND
SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, EACH OF THE CONTEST ENTITIES
RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM
ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST
EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of
running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering,
unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, cancellation of show, scheduling
changes or any other causes which WDRV-FM, in its sole opinion believes could corrupt
or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this contest,
WDRV-FM reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or
suspend this sweepstakes and select the Prize winner from entries received prior to the
action taken or in such other manner as WDRV-FM may deem fair and appropriate.
