This marketing program (“Program”) is from SBI Card & Payment Services Private Ltd. (“SBICPSL”)
under an arrangement with Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd. It is open to all residents of India holding a
valid and current SBI Credit card (“Cardholder”) and to whom a communication is sent by SBICPSL.
This Offer is NOT applicable on iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus.
The Validity of the Program (“Term”) is from 17th October, 2014 (00:00 hrs) till 21st October, 2014
(23:59 hrs), unless extended by SBICPSL and Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd by mutual consent in writing.
All SBI Credit Cardholders excluding SBI Corporate Credit Card with no outstanding of more than 30
days are covered under this Program.
Under this Program, cardholder can avail 10% discount during the Offer Period on ALL transactions
of Rs. 7,500/- or more made/effected using SBI Credit Card on www.flipkart.com, m.flipkart.com
and Flipkart Mobile application.
The maximum discount permitted/allowed per transaction is Rs. 1,250/-.
Maximum numbers of transactions allowed under the offer per Card is 2.
Add on cards will be treated as separate card
Offer will be applicable on all transactions and on all products sold on www.flipkart.com,
m.flipkart.com and Flipkart mobile application except for iphone 6 and iphone 6 plus.
The Offer is applicable on purchases made from ALL Sellers on Flipkart.
The discount will be calculated on the final cart amount only.
Discount is ALSO applicable on EMI transactions done using a SBI Credit Card holders.
Discount is NOT applicable for Card-on-delivery transactions.
Discount is NOT applicable on Gift Wrap or premium delivery charges.
Discount is NOT applicable in case of partial payments. In case OF any transaction where a
customer uses Flipkart EGV or Wallet, discount will NOT be applied.
Other Terms and Conditions
Any query regarding the program will be entertained only till Oct. 30th, 2014. Post such date,
SBICPSL & Flipkart Internet Pvt ltd will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding
this Program from any persons.
SBICPSL does not endorse any of the products or brands being offered under the Program and will
not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, merchantability, fitness, delivery or after sales
service of such products which shall be at the sole liability to Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd.
All the existing offers, gifts, discounts etc. that are being offered can be availed by the Cardholders
as part of this exclusive offer as mentioned in the communication.
In the event an Orders is cancelled, the corresponding value will be deducted from the paid amount
while checking eligibility of discount.
Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or
advertised on the website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual
products. None of the parties shall under any circumstances be responsible towards the same.
Products offered under this program are subject to availability from the respective participating
merchants/sellers of Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd and accordingly SBICPSL or Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd in
no circumstances shall be liable for non-availability of any of the products.
Under no circumstance will the offer/discount being offered under this Program be settled with cash
in lieu by SBICPSL or by Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd.
SBICPSL will not entertain any correspondence regarding the validity or acceptability of any additional
benefits offered by Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd on products/services made available by it and the same

shall be at the sole risk and consequences of Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd and without reference to
SBICPSL.
All government Levies like Sales Tax, TDS, any Local Tax, Octroi etc., shall be payable by the
Cardholder as applicable at the time the respective Programs were offered.
Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator to be
appointed by SBICPSL for this purpose. The proceedings of the arbitration shall be conducted as per
the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be at New Delhi
for SBICPSL and language of arbitration shall be English. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not
constitute a claim against SBICPSL.
Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in the Programs. Any such participation is
voluntary and the same is being made purely on a “best effort basis”.
SBICPSL /Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to modify or change any of the terms and
conditions applicable to this program at any time with/without prior notice to the cardholders.
SBICPSL along with its direct affiliates is alone responsible for resolving all disputes and differences in
relation to SBI Credit Cards.

with Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd. It is open to all residents of India holding a valid and current State
Bank Debit Card (“Cardholder”).
17. This Offer is NOT applicable on iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus.
18. This offer is ONLY applicable on DEBIT CARDS transactions. This offer is NOT applicable
on NETBANKING transactions.
19. The Validity of the Program (“Term”) is from 17th October, 2014 (00:00 hrs) till 21st October, 2014
(23:59 hrs), unless extended by Bank and Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd by mutual consent in writing.
20. All State Bank Debit Cardholders are covered under this Program.
21. State Bank Debit Cards refers to any Debit Card issued by
a. State Bank of India
b. State Bank of Hyderabad
c. State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur
d. State Bank of Travancore
e. State Bank of Mysore
f. State Bank of Patiala
is eligible to avail this offer.
