CACHE supports your continuing professional development
CACHE is certified to ensure all of our training days provide 6 learning hours of continuing
professional development (CPD). CPD is a fundamental element for the development of
education professionals.
It is recommended all staff keep up to date with their CPD annually, to gain best practice
when delivering CACHE qualifications.
Our Training Days provide an opportunity to:

network with Centres who are offering similar qualifications
explore key concepts and principles
obtain advice about which qualifications fit into which job role
Lunch is provided on the day and delegates will have ample opportunity to network and share
concerns, working towards solutions with colleagues from across the sector.

Best Practice in Internal Quality Assurance for CACHE Qualifications
CACHE is standardising the quality assurance approach across all qualifications, and
this session is will update staff who quality assure CACHE qualifications for their
centres. It would be particularly helpful for staff whose recent IQA experience has
been moderation and will focus on sampling methodology and the role of the Internal
Quality Assurer in CACHE centres. This training day would also be very helpful for
staff who are working towards gaining their L4 IQA qualification.
