every element is conceived in such a way to be useful,

our main product, the Procoss system, has been also the

THE
MAIN
COMPONENTS

SYSTEM.
The Procoss upright has a typical truncated cone-shaped
slot where the Proclip is inserted by means of the two
special V-shaped blades ensuring the best connection of
the whole structure.
Therefore the base system is completed with Proclip
and the shelves, with a stiffening plate at the base and a
simple cross bracing in the rear part, and can generate an
intrinsic and perfectly balanced traction and compression
which lead to the best resilience, stiffening and stability.
A great result that makes Procoss the cutting edge of

From a very wide range meeting every need in terms of
size and carrying capacity, the Procoss shelves are made
of high-quality, polished sheet metal and available in
three versions:

The side frame is made of two U-shaped uprights with
truncated cone-shaped slots joined together by two or
more welded U-shaped rails, pre-assembled support feet
and safety upright plastic plugs. The Procoss side frames
can either serve as a base or can be stackable.

FIXED OR PULL-OUT HANGING FOLDER FRAMES
METAL DRAWERS
They allow you to hang folders set out in a horizontal or
vertical reading sequence as well as documents for data
processing centres.
The drawers slide on telescopic rails and are fully extendible. The front features handles and label holders and
the front and rear sides have internal separation slots.
The drawers can be mounted in all positions of the shelf,
either separately or in bulk.

MOBILE OR FIXED VERTICAL SEPARATORS
The mobile separators can be moved on the shelves or
fixed as specific compartments.
COMPARTMENTS
Front and back edges with trapezoidal or rectangular dividers can be used to transform each shelf into a storage

The sales counters are made of standard elements of the
Procoss system so they can be fitted with a wide range of
components and accessories such as drawers, movable

In addition, the counters allow you to choose between
two types of surface finish: black smooth anti-oil rubber

ESD-surface (antistatic paint)
Static electricity is permanently generated everywhere, both at home and at the workplace. Even the casual brush of a hand against a conductive material can
discharge electricity. Such electrostatic discharges (ESD)
represent a major problem in the electronics industry,
especially because it is very hard to detect them.
A damage caused by ESD can lie hidden during the
production process but can lead to the product malfunction at a later moment. As soon as the ESD damages are
identified, effective prevention methods can be implemented.
The Procoss shelves have undergone electrical resistivity
Rs/Rv tests, triboelectric compatibility tests, charge decay
time and earth electrical resistivity tests. The outcomes
have proved that the shelf paint is antistatic and dissipative with a fast charge decay time, in compliance with the
regulations.
ESD
A comprehensive protection against electrostatic discharges becomes essential when working with the modern
electronic devices. To prevent the components from
being damaged, an ESD-protected area should always
be equipped with anti-ESD materials. In fact, ESD protection measures and materials should be systematically
installed at all stages of the production process, from the
first workstation to the final packaging.
When it comes to specific workplace storage systems,
Procoss offers a solution to these problems by availing
itself of the electronics industry. All Procoss products
and their components meet the international standards
IEC-61340-5-1 Par.5.2.2 table 1 and IEC-61340-4-1, and
comply with EN 500140 Par.23.4.7.

The worrying spread of bacterial infections along with the
aggressiveness and resilience of certain bacteria has led
to an increasing diverse demand for meeting points and
workplaces equipped with machines and furniture able to
ensure an anti-bacterial surface treatment.
In order to respond effectively to such a crucial request,
the research and development labs at Mobilrot have
formulated a paint that can prevent the growth of dangerous bacteria, which would then appear as that typical
„biofilm“ on untreated surfaces. Indeed, if this remains
there long enough, it will also be hard to be removed.
Tests have proved the “Antimicrobial” treatment to be
highly effective against bacteria.
