Yritysluokitusten tilastomallien päivitys 11.11.2012
Käytettävissä olevan tilinpäätösmateriaalin runsaan kasvun johdosta ja maksuviivetiedon
tehokkaamman hyödyntämisen takia yritysluokitusmalleja päivitetään. Tarkennetut ja
ennustekyvyltään täsmällisemmät kaavat otetaan käyttöön 11.11.2012. Mallien päivitys aiheuttaa
muutoksia luokitusten pistearvoissa ja luottoluokissa.

Luokituspäivityksen vaikutus
Rating Alfa –
luottokelpoisuusluokitus
(AAA – C)
- n. 13 prosentilla yrityksistä Rating Alfa –luokitus nousee
- n. 14 prosentilla yrityksistä Rating Alfa –luokitus laskee
- Aiempaa hieman useampi yltää parhaaseen luokkaan
AAA
- Aiempaa hieman useampi yritys on havaittu
korkeariskiseksi, eli kuuluu luokkaan C
Riskimittari
(RL1 – RL5)
- Luokitussiirtymät ovat vähäisempiä kuin Rating Alfassa,
sillä Riskimittarin luokkia on vähemmän.
- Aiempaa hieman harvempi yltää parhaaseen luokkaan
RL1
- Aiempaa hieman useampi sijoittuu korkeimman riskin
luokkaan RL5
Valvomo-palvelu:

- Luokitusmuutokset välittyvät Valvomo-asiakkaillemme
pääosin kuukausiajojen myötä maanantaina 19.11 tai
asiakkaiden kanssa sovitun välitystiheyden mukaisesti.
- Päivityksen seurauksena syntyvät muutosilmoitukset
ovat maksuttomia.

- Yritysluokitusten päivitys voi heijastua henkilöluokituksiin,
joiden taustavaikuttajina ne ovat:

muutokset välittyvät Valvomo-asiakkaillemme.

Update of classification formulas on 11.11.2012
Due to the strong increase in the material concerning financial statements and payment delays
available for Suomen Asiakastieto, we are currently updating our company classification formulas.
The alterations to be made will improve the forecasting ability of the models, and cause changes in
points and classifications. The new classification formulas will be adopted on 11.11.2012.

Changes due to classification updates
Rating Alfa –Credit classification
(AAA – C)
- With approximately 13 per cent of companies the Rating
Alfa rating will rise
- With approximately 14 per cent of companies the Rating
Alfa rating will fall
- Slightly more companies than before will reach the
highest classification AAA
- Slightly more companies than before will be classified
with very high risk C
Risk Indicator
(RL1 – RL5)
- The transitions will be smaller in Risk Indicator, because
there also are fewer risk classes
- Fewer companies than before will reach the highest
classification RL1
- Slightly more companies than before will be classified
with very high risk RL5
Monitoring service:
Monitoring of company information
- Classification updates will be transmitted to our
Monitoring customers mainly with the monthly run on
Monday, the 19th November or in accordance with the
transmission frequency agreed upon with the customers.
- The change notifications generated because of the
classification update will not cause costs to our
customers.

- Alteration will impact the services, which have Rating
Alfa or Risk Indicator as background factors. These
