Saturday Evening Reception
The Saturday evening reception will take place from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. in
the Spring Room. Take this opportunity to relax after a day of seminars
before dining with friends after the reception. The reception, featuring
snacks, soft drinks, wine and beer, will give you a chance to connect with

Programs for Children and Guests
Children ages 3-12 are invited to enjoy a fun-filled day or half-day
program in The Adventure Zone’s location in the North Entrance
corridor. All children must be age 3 and completely toilet trained. Fees
