OBJECTIVE
I’m looking for a permanent captain position on a motor or sailing yacht between 40 and 55
metres. Yacht possibly based on the French Riviera. Private or charter use.

I’m a reliable, calm and charismatic person with superior leadership, communication,
management and diplomacy skills. I’m respectful, patient, passionate and generous.
I have excellent boat handling and navigational skills with superb maintenance, engineering
and technical experience.
I’m organised and methodical with the ability to remain calm and to give directions in an
emergency situation.
My target is the ultimate safety for passengers, crew, environment and the vessel while
achieving the owners/guests objectives.
I love my job! This is why I always have a smile on my face, creating a good atmosphere on
board.

§ MCA Master 3,000 gt Yacht, CoC 0031698
§ GMDSS General Operator Certificate
§ All MCA STCW95 certificates (necessary to get the Master 3000 gt)
Up to 2003 I was working freelance on several yachts to be able to attend the courses for my
Master 3,000gt. I invested a lot of time, energy and money to get this licence.

§ Cruising with the Owner. Preparing the yacht for the Cannes and Monaco yacht shows
for the sale. Many repairs done in such a short time.
May 2013 to August 2014: M.Y. “Bibich Too”, Peri 41m, 388gt, – 10 crewmembers

§ Successful charters on the French Riviera with returning clients.
§ Extensive technical refit including new rudders and rudders foundation.
§ Selecting and managing a completely new crew of 10.
