By Prosser of London, it is not marked in his name but has his unique and distinctive form of hilt he used on infantry and regimental swords.The grip has the silver X regimental device as appearing on the regimental colours. It was named the 10th regiment in 1751 before which regiments used their Colonels name for identification.
