Member Pricing & Reservations Pricing Lanes: $25 per hour, per lane Shoes: $2 per person Reservations Welcome! Named after Henry Booth, the first president of The Athletic Club of Columbus, The Booth gathers members and guests in a unique setting within the century-old clubhouse. Not a only a new space, but also a new menu featuring artisan club-made pizzas, are ready for you to enjoy! Lane reservations may be made up to 14 days ahead of time. Please contact the Front Desk, 614.221.3344, for lane reservations. Each lane accommodates up to 6 bowlers. Please have the name(s) of those bowling with you (and shoe sizes, if possible) ready when making your reservation. This will be helpful during the lane set-up process prior to your arrival. Lane reservations are available for a maximum of two hours. Additional time may be added based on the schedule of following reservations. Hours of Operation Winter Hours, September 1 – March 31 Monday: Closed Tuesday-Wednesday: 4:00pm – 9:00pm Thursday-Friday: 4:00pm – 10:00pm Saturday: 11:00am – 10:00pm Sunday: 12:00pm – 7:00pm Summer Hours, April 1 – August 31 Monday: Closed Tuesday-Thursday: 4:00pm – 9:00pm Friday: 4:00pm – 10:00pm Saturday: 4:00pm – 10:00pm Sunday: Closed The Booth will also be open for select holidays throughout the year. Lanes will not be held for longer than 10 minutes after the scheduled start time. Please arrive to your lane in a timely fashion to avoid losing your reservation. Schedule of Reservations A weekly schedule of private events to be held in The Booth will be available to members online and at the Front Desk. Member lane reservations will be unavailable during the posted times. Should a private event be booked during a time when member lane reservations have already been made, the private event will take precedence. Communication will be sent to the member(s) to arrange for an alternate lane reservation date. The Booth at The Athletic Club of Columbus 136 East Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio • accolumbus.com • 614.221.3344 Private Events at The Booth Exclusive Use: as The Booth is an open member space for a la carte usage, the exclusive reservation of the space during posted hours of operation for any one member or group will be offset by a room fee intended to substitute the unearned food/beverage and lane rental revenues. A deposit in the amount of the room fee and a signed contract are required to secure exclusive use event reservations. Room fee – includes private exclusive use of The Booth and the billiards room, during what would be normal hours of operation. Fees listed below include lane fees and shoe rentals; does not include food, beverage, service charge and sales tax, or any set up fees that may be charged for major furniture movement. • Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday: $1,500 (member), $2,500 (non-member) • Thursday, Friday, Saturday: $3,000 (member), $4,500 (non-member) Additional reservation options – The Booth may be reserved for private exclusive use outside of posted hours of operation. Fees include lane fees and shoe rentals; does not include food, beverage, service charge and sales tax, or any set up fees that may be charged for major furniture movement. • Friday/Saturday “late night” 11:00pm – 1:30am: $1,000 (member), $1,500 (non-member) • Day rentals in which event concludes no later than 3:00pm: $500 (member), $750 (non-member) > November 15 through January 15 day rental fees: $1,000 (member), $1,250 (non-member) Kids Birthday Parties: (non-exclusive use; The Booth may be open to other members during the party time) Available days and times are as follows: • Tuesday - Saturday: 10:00am – 2:30pm; Sundays available September 1 – March 31 • Choose 2 hour time frame: 10:00am – 12:00pm OR 12:30pm – 2:30pm For children ages 16 and under, groups of 12 or less Rental: $100 - includes one hour of bowling on 2 lanes and one hour room rental for food service in the Buckeye Room (Saturdays) or Parlor Room (weekdays) Food and beverage: $12/child - includes pepperoni and cheese pizza (3 slices per child), soft drinks/juice/ milk, lanes and shoes. Menus may be enhanced with respective ‘Booth’ menu pricing. Cancellations, Refunds and “No Shows”: We understand that things may occur that may prevent you from keeping your reservation. We hope you never miss an opportunity to visit with us, however in the event you must cancel an event, please see our cancellation policies below. Private Events (exclusive use): deposit in the amount of the room fee due at time of reservation; if event is canceled within 2 weeks of event date, deposit is lost. Birthday Parties (non-exclusive use): may be canceled without penalty up to 72 hours of the party. Parties canceled within 72 hours of the party will be subject to rental fee ($100). Same day cancelations will be charged the rental fee ($100) and full food and beverage charges. No-Shows: No refunds on no-shows. Your lane(s) have been blocked for you and therefore remain unavailable to others. Any deposit is lost. House Rules • The bowling alley will be open during such hours and days as may be determined by the House Committee. Bowling is not permitted outside scheduled hours unless part of a planned function or with the written approval of the General Manager. • All food and beverage served on the premises must be supplied by the Club. • To provide and sustain a safe and enjoyable environment for all members and guests, it is required that all children (ages 16 and under) present in The Booth are closely supervised by an adult. Children taking part in bowling at the lanes must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Adults must be seated at the lanes while children are bowling. • The House Committee and ACC Management reserve the right to terminate any bowling game at any time.
