This year marks the 75th Anniversary of the Boston College Varsity Club!
We are excited to announce that we are partnering with BC Athletics to
expand programming and benefits for 2012-13. As a Letter Winner, you
have a special connection and contribution to Boston College Athletics and
maintaining those links with former student athletes is crucial to the future
success of BC athletics. Our goal with this expanded effort is to thank
you for the unique role you have played by offering programming that will
connect you with former and current Student-Athletes, and to provide
benefits that make you proud to be a member of this exclusive club.
The BCVC is unique in that we represent all student athletes that have
had the distinct honor of earning a Varsity Club Letter wearing the Boston
College uniform, those who supported the teams as managers or those who
provided extraordinary support to the BCVC has honorary members. Our
motto, “Always an Eagle”, reminds us that we are always part of a Varsity
team no matter your sport or graduation year.
Annually we ask for Membership Dues that help us continue the legacy of
our distinct Athletic Alumni. Your dues help us provide for member events
along with the funding for the Eagle of the Year Awards and our annual
Hall of Fame Inductions (BCVC Website). Each one of us benefited from the
experiences while wearing the maroon and gold and competing for Boston
College. Paying your Membership Dues is one way to acknowledge and
give thanks for those opportunities.

1 Waiver of donation season ticket fee for up to four seats in preferred seating locations
for football. Men’s Basketball requires a minimum of a $50 per seat contribution for

Established in 1970, the Varsity Club Hall of Fame honors those men and
women whose exceptional performance on the fields of friendly strife and,
in later years on other fields, merits special recognition from alma mater.
The 2012 Hall of Fame Class will be inducted at a special ceremony on the
floor of Conte Forum on Friday September 7, and honored at halftime of the
Eagles football game vs. the University of Maine on September 8. Hall of
Fame members are permanently enshrined on the Wall of Fame on the west
concourse of Conte Forum.
