All students from the three divisions will attend the evening Chapel Service. Chapel music will be provided by a contemporary guest worship band, and Pastor Mike will share a message on the theme of “Family.” Dress for this special Sunday evening Chapel Service is appropriate leisure wear. In our efforts to model one of Milton Hershey School’s sacred values, Mutual Respect, we will be closing the doors to the auditorium at 5:45 p.m. out of respect for the service itself, as well as its participants. = Please note: So that this weekend does not count as one of your weekends, all students MUST be seated with their student homes AND appropriately dressed for Chapel no later than 5:45 p.m. At 5:45 p.m., the doors to the auditorium will be closed to begin the Service. Guests who arrive after that time will be invited to watch it “live” via video feed in Founders Hall Dining Room. Please be respectful of those seated around you and to the students who are ministering and have worked so hard to prepare for the service. Please sit quietly and be attentive to the service on the screen. Thank you in advance for your flexibility and cooperation. PASSPORT DIRECTIONS Please note! Passports are only required for those students beginning their visitation on Friday. Students beginning their visitation on Saturday do not need a completed passport. Visitation for Fall Family Weekend will begin at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, October 31. You and your child can qualify for a free weekend during Fall Family Weekend visit if you complete the following: Attend one event on Friday (see reverse for schedule) - AND - visit your child’s school building on Saturday (schedule for school building visits is in body of newsletter). Child must be returned at 5:00 p.m. for evening Chapel service. Please locate your child’s houseparents or an MHS administrator at the event or activity to initial your passport. For your convenience, you can tear off the Passport and carry it along with you. Once you complete the required activities, submit the Passport to your child’s houseparent. Failure to turn in your passport will result in this visitation counting as one weekend. Please note! If you have more than one child, you must complete and submit a passport for each child. Extra copies of the passport will be available.
