Young Entrepreneur Conference and Business Expo, events, and related activities.

By signing below, I grant The Auntie Karen Foundation the right to use the footage and my name
in the taping of the Young Entrepreneur's Conference. The footage may be used or sold for the
purpose of promoting the conference, The Auntie Karen Foundation or other educational
purposes. This includes the right to edit, add effects, and add titles to the footage containing the
Participant. This includes the absolute and irrevocable right to reproduce, edit, exhibit, project,
display, copyright, publish, and/or resell photographic pictures, moving pictures, and/or
videotaped images of the Participant with or without his/her voice and property, or in which the
Participant or Participant's property may be included in whole or in part, and to circulate the same
in all forms of media for art, advertising, trade, competition or every description and/or any other
lawful purpose whatsoever. The Participant also consents to the use of any printed matter in
conjunction therewith. The Auntie Karen Foundation does not have the right to use the footage in
any negative or derogatory way. The participant will be paid a total of zero (0) dollars for his/her
participation, and no further residuals will be distributed.
