Official points of arrival are airport Ljubljana, bus and train station Ljubljana.
Transfer between Ljubljana Airport, train station and bus station can be arranged
upon request addressed to the organizer (10 € / person – one way ticket). Public
transport is also available from the railway and bus station to Mirna (please contact
the organizer).
At the venue we will run a catering service with warm sport meals at midday and in
the evening as well as snacks all day at a decent price (6-8 € per meal per person).
Vouchers can be ordered, please use the form.
All participants needing a visa should request for the letter of the participation,
providing us with full name, date of birth, passport number, date of issue, place
of issue and date of expiry for all players and officials latest till 15 th September
2014.
After entering player(s) in the tournament, it is the Member Association’s
responsibility to organize visas for their players – if this is needed. It is the Member
Association’s responsibility to make sure that visa applications are made early
enough.
The Tournament Organizers will do everything possible to enable the entered
players to get a visa.
The organizing committee does not accept any responsibility for any accidents or
theft before, during and after the tournament.
