POVABILO K SODELOVANJU NA MEDNARODNI POLETNI ŠOLI - HEALTHY
LIFESTYLE FOR AGING WELL – HLAW (IP 2015)
Spoštovani,
na Visoki zdravstveni šoli v Celju izvajamo razvojni in raziskovalni projekt HLAW – Healthy
Lifestyle for Aging Well, ki je bil odobren v okviru programa Erasmus+, KA2 – Strateška
partnerstva v visokošolskem izobraževanju. Evropski projekt koordinira Visoka zdravstvena šola v
Celju in poteka v sodelovanju s še tremi visokošolskimi zavodi iz tujine (Medical University of Lublin,
Poljska, University of Oulu, Faculty of Medicine, Institute of Health Sciences, Finska in Cooperativa
de Ensino Superior Politécnico e Universitário – CESPO, Portugalska). Projekt bo potekal 24
namenjen.
Starejši so ciljna skupina, za katere želimo pripraviti načrt različnih aktivnosti, ki jim bodo omogočale
druženje, širjenje socialnega omrežja, aktivno staranje s ciljem, da čim dlje ostanejo zdravi in
samostojni v starosti. Želimo pripraviti nekatere programe in oblike za zvišanje ozaveščanja pomena
Portugalske in Slovenije.
prosta mesta fakultetam/visokim šolam v slovenskem prostoru. Udeležba za študente je
brezplačna na vseh dogodkih v okviru programa. Študenti si morajo samostojno uredili prevoz na
lokacijo Visoke zdravstvene šole v Celju in namestitev.
in kratek življenjepis. Izbrani kandidati bodo obveščeni do srede, 20. 5. 2015.
Uradni jezik poletne šole je angleški jezik.
Za dodatne informacije smo vam na voljo.
S spoštovanjem,
Strokovni vodja projekta HLAW,
viš. pred. mag. Boris Miha Kaučič
