WALKING FOR HEALTH IN THE
BOROUGH OF BROXBOURNE
If you want to enjoy your local parks, meet new people and benefit your health and wellbeing, come along to our FREE
volunteer led Health Walks. These friendly, low-key walks are part of the National Walking for Health Programme and are
ideal for all ages and abilities. The walks last no more 90 minutes, however if you’re looking for more of a challenge try out
our progression walks supported by Broxbourne Borough Council.
