This is for TEAM sign-ups. If you want your team to stay together, turn in entire
teams’ paperwork, complete, totally filled out and signed & Coaches forms totally filled out and signed with Background check number. The players
can pay at any of the registrations at the listed cost of that registration, but won’t be given a priority to be on that team (placement is ultimately up to
the RYSL) if payment is made after the 013115 registration. Make sure that EVERYONE understands that they pay the amount that is listed at the
registration they sign-up at & can only be given a priority of returning to their team if they pay on or before the 013115 registration. There will be NO
exceptions to this, so COACHES, make sure & inform all of your players.

Who can Register:
Any child from 2 to 18 yrs. of age. August 1st is used as the age guideline.
Registration includes: 1) Complete Top Quality Uniform; 2) 12” X 9” Cherry Wood Picture Plaque & Picture Package; 3) All Ten (10)
matches (including Tournament) * played at one location, Saturdays, so for multiple players in the family, you only have one stop; 4) Insurance, awards,
NO forced volunteering; 5) Paid, certified referees at ALL matches **; 6) Referee Training & licensing. All Referee & Match fee’s are included; 7)
Clinics / Skill & Technical training / Coach Training, (UNLV Men’s Soccer Coach/Players) & (DLVSC Staff), Licensing, Up-to-date “Coaches Corner”
w/drills, videos & ‘Helps’ on the web site & “World Class Coaching” newsletter, (12) disc’s & whistle; 8) All age group teams allowed to stay together
EVERY season & practice whenever they want, dedicated practice fields provided; 9) Top Quality Regulation Goals, Corner Flags & professional field
lining on ALL fields; 10) All age groups except Rug Rats have Goalies (Goalie Jersey provided by League).
Patriotic Opening Day: Flag Ceremony, Presentation of Colors, National Anthem, Parade of Champions w/teams carrying their Team Banners,
milk & doughnuts and Patriotic music. Balloon Arch that players march under and the ceremonial first “Kick” by the Rug Rats. Patriotic Agencies and
Businesses supporting the RYSL.
