Dated: 218t October, 2014 OFFICE MEMORANDUM Subject:- Absorption of deputationists as Accountant in Central Civil Accounts Service (CCAS) The undersigned is directed to refer to Central Civil Accounts Service (Accountant and Senior Accountant Group 'C' Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2010, wherein provisions have been made for absorption of a deputationist as Accountant in CCAS subject to fulfilment of conditions as laid down in these rules. Absorption of the deputationist shall be within the percentage fixed for Direct Recruitment as specified under item (i) of Column 11 of Schedule to these rules i.e. 70%. The absorption of deputationists in CCAS, as envisaged in these rules, is an exercise to be resorted to only in the circumstances where Staff Selection Commission is not in a position to provide requisite number of dossiers to the organization. Now that the Staff Selection Commission is conducting Combined Graduate Level 2. Examination every year and is in position to provide the dossiers to departmentalised accounting organisation in Ministries/ Departments as per their requirement. As such the Competent Authority has decided to put on hold thqprocess of absorption of deputationist as Accountant in Central Civil Accounts Service. 3.
