Hotel Accommodation
We have negotiated special conference rates with 3 hotels. In order to book a room, please contact directly the
hotel of your choice. Please quote ‘EFAMA’ to receive the negotiated rate. The hotel will request a credit card
number in order to guarantee your booking.
Please note that hotels in Brussels at this time of year are very busy.
After 4th October hotels have the right to offer a certain number of rooms to other guests. We advise you to
contact the hotels as soon as possible.
The conference is held at the Square Brussels Meeting Centre which is located within walking distance of all offered
hotels. All below mentioned prices are per room per night.
Cancellation for the Hotel
Any cancellation must be reported to the hotel in writing. Ask the hotel for their cancellation policy. If hotel
cancellations are received 24 hours, or less, prior to the arrival date, the first night will be charged.
In case of check out prior to the departure date booked the hotel will charge the agreed room rate for the
remaining nights.

Cancellation for the Conference
Notification of cancellation should be sent by e-mail to Parthen R&S bv. Parthen will consider the day of receipt of
the e-mail as the definite cancellation date.
If the cancellation is received before 24 October we will refund the total amount minus EUR 25 cancellation costs.
If the cancellation is received after 24 October we regret no refund will be paid. Substitute delegates may attend any
time, if Parthen R&S is notified before the start of the conference.
Conference Language
The working language of this conference is English.
Climate and Clothing
November weather in Brussels: winds tend to be stronger in winter but the most constant weather pattern would
be rainfall. Snow is possible but does not occur very often, average of 5 - 9 degrees Celcius. But we do advise to
bring a warm jacket and an umbrella.
Dress code
For the entire conference including the Gala Dinner: business.
