City Council Work Session, 5:30 p.m.
Meetings are held at Lakeville City Hall, 20195 Holyoke
Ave. The public is welcome to attend. Agendas are
available at www.lakevillemn.gov.
Mayor’s Hours:
Mayor Matt Little has office hours at City Hall on
Fridays from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Appointments are
recommended. To schedule an appointment to

The Lakeville Police Department is accepting
applications for Volunteer Reserve Officers
to assist with a variety of tasks such as crowd
control, traffic control, and assisting Police
Officers as needed. Must be at least 18 yrs., have
a high school diploma or GED, a driver’s license
with a good driving record, and be able to pass a
background investigation. The time commitment
for this position is approximately 25 hours per
quarter. For more information and to apply, go

Nov. 30.
Food Drive

Are you up for the challenge?
Meet the challenge of seeing how many people
you can get to donate $20 or 20 pounds of food
for our two local food shelves.
Now through Nov. 1, the City will be accepting
non-perishable food items or monetary donations.
You can drop off your donations at:
• City Hall
• The Heritage Center
• Any of the three Lakeville Liquor Stores
Help us surpass last year’s donation total of
$10,000 worth of food!

After an extensive and thorough search, the
City of Lakeville has announced the finalists for
the position of City Administrator. The Council
feels that these finalists each offer the skills,
knowledge, and leadership qualities expected in
a new city administrator

Haunted Forest Trail (recommended for kids 3rd
grade and older)
$10 per carload or $3 per person plus a nonperishable food item for the community food
shelf. Pre-registration is not necessary! Please
dress for the weather–all activities are outdoors.

Winter parking restrictions begin next week. This
will mean no cars parked
on the streets between
2 a.m. and 6 a.m. Now is
the time to find overnight
parking spaces for your
vehicles. There is also no
on-street parking when
it’s snowing, until after the
roads have been cleared.

Candidate Forums
County, state, and local candidate forums are
now available online and on cable channel 180.
The Lakeville City Council is composed of
the Mayor and four Council Members. Two
Council Member seats are up for election in the
Nov. 4 General Election. All Council Members
are elected at large and represent the entire
community. City elections are non-partisan
and the candidate names are placed on the
ballot without party designation.
