PUBLIC NOTICE
The Boothbay Harbor Sewer District will be holding 2015
Budget Workshops on November 5, 2014, November 19, 2014,
and December 3, 2014. The workshops will start at 5:00 P.M.
at the District’s office on 27 Sea Street in Boothbay Harbor. All
ratepayers are urged to attend. Please direct any questions to

Absentee Ballots/Registrar Hours
November 4, 2014
Annual Town Meeting Election
Absentee ballots are now available for the November
4th Election. For information on how to obtain an
absentee ballot please call the clerk’s office at 882-8200
x104. Election Day polling hours are 8 AM to 8 PM at
the Wiscasset Community Center, 242 Gardiner Road.
Office Hours for Registrar of Votes:
Monday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday, Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Wednesdays: 11:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BOOTHBAY HARBOR
APPEALS BOARD – VARIANCE REQUEST
The Boothbay Harbor Board of Selectmen will hold a meeting,
October 27, 2014, at 7:00 P.M. in the Municipal Meeting Room, 11
Howard Street, Boothbay Harbor. The following application(s) are
scheduled for review and consideration:
The Harbor Theater, Map #22 Lot #17, 185 Townsend Avenue,
Request for a variance from Chapter 146, Article I, Section 146-5.1,
Subsection D(1)A-1 of the Code of the Town of Boothbay Harbor.
The applicant requests a variance from the maximum allowable
square footage for freestanding signs on one lot. The applicant is
asking for an extension of their previously approved variance to
allow their free standing sign to remain year round.
This application was originally scheduled for review on October 14,
2014, at 6 p.m.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE
Notice is hereby given that in
accordance with the Judgment
of Foreclosure and Sale entered March 26, 2014 in the action entitled Laurier F. Charest v.
Steve Waitt and Megan Waitt by
the Lincoln District Court, Docket No. RE-13-85 wherein the
Court adjudged the foreclosure
of a Land Installment Contract
granted by Laurier F. Charest to
Steve Waitt and Megan Waitt,
dated February 15, 2008 and
recorded in the Lincoln County Registry of Deeds in Book
3966, Page 289, the period of
redemption having expired, a
public sale of the property described in the mortgage will be
conducted on Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at 10:00 AM Taylor, McCormack & Frame, LLC
30 Milk Street, 5th Floor, Portland, Maine 04101. The property is located in Whitefield,
Maine, as described in said
Land Installment Contract. The
sale will be by public auction.
All bidders for the property will
be required to make a deposit
of $5,000.00 in certified or bank
check at the time of the public sale made payable to Taylor, McCormack & Frame, LLC
which deposit is non-refundable as to the highest bidder.
The balance of the purchase
price shall be paid within thirty (30) days of the public sale.
In the event a representative
of the mortgagee is not present at the time and place stated in this notice, no sale shall
be deemed to have occurred
and all rights to reschedule a
subsequent sale are reserved.
If the sale is set aside for any
reason, the Purchaser at the
sale shall be entitled only to a
return of the deposit paid. The
Purchaser shall have no further
recourse against the Mortgagor,
the Mortgagee or the Mortgagee’s attorney.
