Madam,
Consequent upon the vacancy position as intimated by you vis-a-vis
authorization of the Counseling committee, I am directed to inform you that the following
candidates (college-wise as well as category-wise) have been sponsored in order of merit from the
waiting list for admission to B.Sc. (Nursing) Degree course for the academic session 2014-2015 in
the respective college against vacant seat. However, the sponsorship of the candidates for
admission to the aforesaid course is provisional and subject to removal of discrepancy(ies), if any,
as pointed out at the time of counselling by the Counselling Committee on the Application Form
No.1 which have been intimated to the candidate(s) concerned. The admission is further subject to
the Medical fitness and completion of all pre-admission requirements including eligibility criteria
as per provisions of the prospectus.

rank 43 as per provision of the prospectus, as the said candidate has already been admitted in Sister

round of counseling. Her resultant vacant seat is to be allotted to the next waiting candidate mentioned at

The above mentioned candidates have been informed telephonically as well as their admission
letters have been sent by speed post or available on the University website www.hpuniv.in
directing them to report to you for admission on or before 29.10.2014 in the case of candidate
mentioned at Sr. No.1 and the candidate mentioned as waiting
i.e. Sr. No. 3 she may be
considered for admission only on 29.10.2014, failing which their claim for admission shall
stand forfeited/cancelled.
The
aforesaid
candidates
shall
complete
all
preadmission requirements
as per provisions of the prospectus along with fee.

The original application Form No.1 along with relevant documents of each
candidates sponsored for admission under reference are being sent herewith for your ready
reference and record.

It may, kindly be noted that the candidates who do not report for admission on the due date as
mentioned above, necessary intimation to this effect along with complete list of the candidates
so admitted category-wise duly signed by the Principal concerned be sent to this
office immediately by 30.10.2014 through fax as well as by Speed-Post in order to sponsor
the
next candidates from the waiting list. The Original application Forms No.1 of
the candidates who do not reported for admission may also be returned to this office under
Speed- Post.

It may, also be, ensured that before making the admissions, the candidates must fulfil the
prescribed eligibility criteria as specified in the prospectus and the discrepancy(ies) as pointed out
by the Counselling Committee on the Application Form No.1 is/are required to be settled
accordingly. The H.P. Bonafide/domicile and other reserved categories certificate(s) as well as
attested photo-copies of relevant documents wherever required as per provisions of the prospectus
may also be obtained from the concerned candidates.
The candidates who have passed their 10+2 examination other than HP Board of School
Education, Dharamshala/CBSE/ICSE, the equivalence certificate to this effect may be obtained
from such candidates.
