A Groundbreaking Ceremony will be held on Wednesday, October 29, 2014 at 10:00 am on the new location site, 2401 FM 1113, Copperas Cove, Texas. The City of Copperas Cove welcomes the community to attend the ceremony. Parking for the event will be on Grimes Crossing Road, just south of FM 1113.
