A Ministry Training Meeting will be held on Saturday, November 1 at 10:00
am. All are invited to come out and share in this learning experience.
Remember to get out and VOTE on Tuesday, November 4. Virginia law
requires a photo Identification. If you don’t have ID, please get it ASAP!
We will attend the Game of VUU and VSU on Saturday, November 8 at 1:00
pm at Hovey Field. The cost of tickets is $12 for adults and $10 for children/

The Dream Makers Scholarship Ministry is hosting a College Fair here on
Saturday, November 15 at 10:00 am. We want to bring information to the
students and parents of our communities so that they may become aware about
the educational opportunities these colleges have to offer.

All members are asked to give sacrificially to our Building Fund as we make
building repairs and improvements. Current projects include second floor
carpet replacement and replacing the heating and air conditioning systems
in the Fellowship Hall and Education Building.

Hedges and ByWays of Life Ministry is beginning its Thanksgiving Day
Bible collection. We are asking everyone to please donate any new, old or used
Bibles to Hedges and ByWays of Life Ministry. They will be in the Church Hill
community on Thanksgiving Day between the hours of 9:30 am to 12:00 pm.
We will meet on the corner of 25th and Venable and walk to Fairmount Ave.
Micah Initiative - WOODVILLE PROJECT 2014-2015
Here are items which we are in great need of at Woodville School
Children’s sized stretchy pants, sweatpants, and shorts in gender neutral
colors, small sizes of boys belts, children sized underwear, socks, and
undershirts, winter coats, hats, gloves, and backpacks. Ministry team
leaders please remind your ministries of these commitments .
