The seminar will be held at the University of Kentucky College of Law, located at 620 S. Limestone in Lexington, immediately south of the central
downtown area. Allow at least 30 minutes extra for parking. Pay parking
is available in the campus parking structure adjacent to the Kennedy
Bookstore, located at 409 S. Limestone. Directions are provided with registration confirmation.
This seminar should be approved by the Kentucky Bar Association Continuing Legal Education Commission for 6.75 hours of credit, as well as in “60
minute” states, including Indiana and Tennessee. States calculating “50
minute” credit hours should approve this conference for 8.0 hours.

The registration fee includes attendance for all sessions, a copy of the course
materials in chosen format, refreshments before the morning session and
during morning and afternoon breaks, and a box lunch. Pre-registration is
strongly recommended. Full refund of conference tuition (less $50.00 administrative charge) is given until 4:30 p.m., eastern time, October 21, 2014.
If seminar materials are desired after cancellation of registration, they will
be mailed after the seminar and the price of the materials will be deducted
from the refund. No refunds are made for cancellations after 4:30 p.m.,
October 21, 2014; however, materials will be forwarded immediately in full
consideration for tuition paid. Registrations are transferable and substitution
of registrants may be made any time before the seminar begins.
