Valencia Elementary School 25661 Paseo De Valencia Laguna Hills, CA 92653 (949) 830-3650 Dear Community Supporter, On Friday, October 24th, 2014, the students and the families of Valencia Elementary School will be participating in our 7th Annual Family Fun Night, “Boo Bash”. This event is a time for the students to come together on campus with their families dressed in Halloween costumes to participate in many carnival games, Trunk or Treating, a haunted house, and a cakewalk along with a live DJ and other fun activities and surprises. We are requesting the support of corporate donations to assist in funding this non-profit, family fun night. Cash donations will go towards the purchase of candy for Trunk or Treating, Halloween décor, prizes for the carnival game booths, and other fun activities we are planning. Since this is a non-profit event any donation will go a long way to make it successful for the students. As a sponsor, you may include business materials to place in the Trunk or Treating bags, which will be distributed to over 700 students the day of the event. You will also receive advertisement on a sponsorship banner, announcements made by the D.J. during the event, and through our PTA Newsletter, The Juice. Sponsors and their families are invited to attend the event from 5pm to 8:30pm. The students at Valencia Elementary School appreciate your kindness and generosity.
