The competition will be conducted in accordance with French, Swiss and ISU rules and is open to all eligible Team Skaters according to ISU Rule 102. PLACE Ice Rink (56 m x 26 m) 106 Rue Louis Blanc 76620 Le Havre France INVITED MEMBERS Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey are invited to enter Teams at International Synchronized Skating Mixed Age Trophy. ________________________________________________________________________________________________ International Synchronized Skating Mixed Age Trophy Le Havre – France – April 17 - 18, 2015 Page 2 International Synchronized Skating Mixed Age Trophy Le Havre – France - April 17 - 18, 2015 ________________________________________________________________________________________________ TECHNICAL REGULATIONS AND CONDITIONS The International Synchronized Skating Mixed Age Trophy will be held according to the ISU General Regulations 2014, the Special Regulations Synchronized Skating 2014 as well as the valid special Technical Rules and Conditions SYS 2014 for above mentioned Competition. Every invited member can enter a maximum of three (3) teams of the category Mixed Age to this competition. The Federations are asked to determine the teams or to confirm their participation. Teams, which have participated in a competition in the ongoing season in an different Category than Mixed Age, are not allowed to take part in this International Synchronized Skating Mixed Age Trophy. CATEGORIES This competition is only reserved for the category Mixed Age with a single program (free program). In case of a large number of entries to the Mixed Age category, the organizer reserves the right to split up this category into two (2) age-related groups. JUDGING SYSTEM The competition will be judged with the ISU Judging System. ENTRIES The entry fee is 230€ for each participating team. The payment must be done to the Havre Athletic Club by check in Euros or by credit transfer no later than registration deadline (the bank draft expenses will be charged to the registering teams and not to the organizer of the competition). ________________________________________________________________________________________________ International Synchronized Skating Mixed Age Trophy Le Havre – France – April 17 - 18, 2015 Page 3 International Synchronized Skating Mixed Age Trophy Le Havre – France - April 17 - 18, 2015 ________________________________________________________________________________________________ For a transfer, thank you to send a confirmation email to the following address [email protected] The entry fee and / or bookings won’t be refunded if the withdrawal occurs in less than three weeks before the competition. Deadline : FEBRUARY 15th, 2015 PANEL OF JUDGES Each participating ISU-Member entering at least 1 team may enter one (1) International Judge or ISU-Judge for Synchronized Skating from the official ISU list of judges for the current season. National Championship Judges may also be entered. The organiser will pay board and lodging from Friday, April 17th to Sunday morning, April 19th, 2015. All other expenses shall be the responsibility of each official or the entering association or club. The first judges meeting will take place Saturday, April 18th, 2015 in the morning at the Ice Rink in the course of the day according to the schedule determined by the Referee. The Round table discussion will be held on Saturday, April 18th, 2015 after the competition at the Ice Rink. OFFICIEL PRACTICE The official practice begins on Saturday, April 18th, 2015. Each team has 12 minutes official practice on ice for the free program. DRAW - STARTING ORDER The draw will take place at the Ice Rink. The starting order will be determined by draw, on alphabetical order of countries. The draw will be made by the Referee in accordance with ISU regulations. The exact and reliable schedule can only be announced after closing of entries. REGISTRATION Every participating team, Officials, Referees, Judges, Technical Specialists and Accountants are invited to register upon arrival. Levels of difficulty Teams may attempt any level but highest level that will be called for an element will be level 3. Highest difficulty Group of Features may be attempted and will be called as correctly executed. Components 1.0 5 components Illegal elements: ISU junior rules 7 Elements 1 Intersection Element 1 Linear Element - Line 1 No Hold Element 1 Pivoting Element – Block Program content 1 Rotating Element – Circle 1 Traveling Element – Wheel Choice of one (1) of the following Elements: - Creative Element or - Combined Element NB: vaults are permitted Holds Minimum 3 MUSIC Two (2) copies (original and back-up copy) for the free program must be submitted by each Team. All music must be clearly identified with the name of the Team, the type of Program (free program) and must show the exact running time of the music (not the skating time) The program must be recorded on one track and on a separate disk. ORGANISATION The responsibility for organizing the competition is in the hands of the Organization Committee. The organizers retain at all times the right to take the necessary measures to ensure a smooth running of the event. All decisions concerning such measures will be taken with the agreement of the Referee. LIABILITY In accordance to ISU Rule 119, the organiser does not accept any liability for damage or injuries sustained by competitors, officials, coaches, chaperons, referees or judges. A medical service will be on duty at the ice rink during all the time of the competition. PRIZES - AWARDS The first three teams in each category will receive a reward. Each competitor will receive a souvenir. DOPING An anti-doping control can take place according to the regulations of the Ministry of Sport. TEAM ACCOMODATION The organization will not take in charge accommodation and meals for the Teams. The organization will make proposals for meals. A list of hotels is attached to this announcement. TEAM PHOTO In order to prepare the event program, we are requesting you to submit one team photo by email at [email protected] for inclusion in this program. NON OFFICIAL PRACTICE The organization proposes to the participating teams some practice time (35€ by 15 minutes on ice).
