Participation in Tallinn Trophy 2014 is open to all competitors who belong to an ISU Member, Rule 109, paragraph 1, and qualify with regard to eligibility, according to Rule 102, provided their ages fall within the limits specified in Rule 108, paragraph 2 and they meet the participation, citizenship and residency requirements in Rule 109, paragraphs 1 through 5 and relevant ISU Communication or any update of it. Passports of the skaters, as well as the ISU Clearance Certificate, if applicable, must be presented at the accreditation. Competitors taking part in Senior, Junior and Advanced Novice category must be entered through their respective Member Federation. Entries for young categories (Basic Novice and younger) may be accepted by clubs, which are members of National Figure Skating Federations, associated with the ISU. Entry Forms should be used! The Organizer reserves the right to limit the number of competitors and judges, if there is such a need, or to accept more competitors in every category. Entries must be done with the attached Entry form. With the entry forms, the “Program Content Sheet” must be returned to the Organizing Committee in time. It is mandatory that the Program Content Sheet must be filled in precisely by each Skater/Team in English using the terminology for the elements listed in the respective ISU Communication. Attention! The deadline for submission of entry forms is November 03rd, 2014. Please fill out your entry form according to Annex #2. Planned program contents have to be provided by November 20th, 2014. All program contents received later than November 20th, 2014 may not be accepted. All current information and entries/result information will be available live on the Tallinn Trophy website: www.tallinntrophy.eu ENTRY FEE Single Skating with one program: Single Skating with two programs: Ice Dance all categories (per pair): 65€ 80€ 95€ Each club has to pay for its participants 50% of the total amount right after the entry form confirmation, by November 15th, 2014. The remaining amount has to be paid at the accreditation before the Competition (Cash Only). In case of cancellation the competitor has to inform the Organizer not later than three weeks before the competition start. The competitor is included into the entry list only after a 50% pre-payment and from that moment can only be substituted by another skater if an emergency cancellation occurs. ACCREDITATION Accreditation will take place at the ice rink. The time will be announced later. The exact time is announced in the First Information and Time Schedule. MUSIC Music must be recorded on CD-s and submitted at the time of accreditation. The music Medias must be of good quality and labeled clearly with the Competitor's name, Nation, category and the exact music time. Each program must be recorded on a separate disc. All CD-s will be returned to the team leader by the end of the competition at the ice rink. COMPETITION ANNOUNCEMENT 5/7 INTERNATIONAL FS COMPETITION TALLINN TROPHY 2014 | ANNOUNCEMENT ACCOMMODATION All participants have to book and pay the accommodation by themselves. The Organizer will make room arrangements for INVITED officials only. OFFICIAL HOTEL: Official Hotel for participants and invited officials is Hotel Susi (3 star superior) www.susi.ee Starting orders, Intermediate and Final results as well as protocols will be available at the official hotel during the competition. EXPENSES All participants and teams must pay the accommodation and transportation themselves. The Organizer will not cover any expenses of competitors. COMPETITION ANNOUNCEMENT 6/7 INTERNATIONAL FS COMPETITION TALLINN TROPHY 2014 | ANNOUNCEMENT OFFICIALS Members are kindly requested to nominate an International/ISU Judge. Double duty judges (Singles/Ice Dance) are very welcome. The nomination of one substitute judge is also appreciated. The final composition of the panels will be determined after the closing of entries and will be communicated to participating Members in due time. Organizer will send out invitations to the officials from the confirmed final panel. Organizer will incur the accommodation costs for the INVITED officials only. Meals for the invited officials will be provided at the icerink during the competition. AWARDING The three best-placed competitors in each event will be awarded with a trophy and a diploma. RESULTS The result of all categories will be calculated with the “New ISU Judging system” and published on competition website in live. LIABILITY In accordance with ISU Rule 119 the Organizer accepts no liability for injury, property loss or damages incurred by Competitors or Officials. The Organizer will provide medical emergency aid during the competition. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Time Schedule will be announced after the deadline of entry forms.
