Road Safety Around School
The beginning of a new Term is a good time to remind parents
of road safety around School, particularly in view of some
drivers doing U-turns close to or on the Waterloo Road School
crossing and parking over local residents’ driveways.
The School Patrol team appreciates drivers who are
considerate and slow down to allow the signs to be extended for
students to cross roads. We have two very busy roads to patrol
but with everyone’s support, we want to make the areas around
our School accident free. Safety is everyone’s responsibility and
parents can support us by obeying New Zealand traffic laws and
showing consideration. Thank you for your support.
