Vendor Information
North Carolina Wesleyan College invites local businesses to participate in the Fall Festival at the Homecoming 2014
weekend. Wesleyan is returning to Rocky Mount Stadium for our football season and Homecoming 2014 will be an event
for not only alumni and families of the college, but of the entire Rocky Mount and surrounding community. The Fall
Festival is free to all and will include bounce houses and an obstacle course, Wesleyan temporary tattoos, a photo
booth, and more. Your participation in the Fall Festival will assure a well-rounded event for all attendees!
NC Wesleyan College will operate concessions selling pizza and chicken sandwiches, so we ask that you not sell either of
these.
Food vendors MUST CONTACT Nash County Health Department to ensure food service requirements are met and/or
verify your 503C status. Please contact Lori Boone at the health department at 252.459.1312.
Vendor permits must be secured by Friday, September 20. Non-food vendors will be provided with a 10ft x 10ft space
and food vendors will be provided with a 20ft x 20ft space. Space assignments and other information will be emailed
prior to the event. There are only 20 vendor spots available for Homecoming 2014 so early reservations are encouraged.
Important Information
 All vendors must supply their own materials (tables, chairs, tents, etc.) for display
 Vendors may begin setting up at 8:00am on game day
 All equipment & displays should be in place by 9:30am on game day
 The Fall festival will be held outside of the stadium gates, available to the entire community
 NC Wesleyan College reserves the right to eject any vendor who may be offensive to the City, the college, and
the community.
 There will be no vendor fee refunds, Homecoming 2014 will be held rain or shine!
