The connection does not include any possible transmission connection from Elisa’s Ethernet node to the customer’s premises. If
the Ethernet connection is delivered together with an Ethernet access connection, the one-time charge for the access connection also includes the Ethernet connection charge. The visibility of no more than 5000 MAC addresses in Elisa’s network is
permitted in an Ethernet connection. The Spanning Tree protocol is filtered. Each access point in Elisa’s Ethernet network serves
a limited geographical area.

The price of the Elisa xDSL Broadband includes a filter for the hub end if the connection is provided for the same subscriber
connection as an analogue fixed line. If the connection does not work at the ordered speed due to the length or quality of the
subscriber line, we reserve the right to provide the connection at a slower speed at the price of the slower connection or agree
on some other procedure.
A full monthly charge will be charged for an xDSL connection as of the month following the installation. The monthly fee will not
be reimbursed for the month during which the subscription is terminated. The leasing of connections shall comply with the valid
decisions and regulations of the Finnish Ministry of Transport and Communications and those of the Finnish Communications
Regulatory Authority and with Elisa Corporation’s general terms and conditions applying to the leasing of subscriber and fixed
lines to telecom companies. The prices quoted in this tariff do not include any exceptions to the above ways of operating and
terms regarding, for example, delivery times, any sanctions and special services relating to leasing.
All the prices are without taxes. Vat and other possible effective authority charges will be added to the prices.
