MAJVIK kokous- ja kongressihotelli
MAJVIK kokous- ja kongressihotelli tarjoaa viihtyisät ja
tarkoituksenmukaiset tilat kokous-, koulutus-, kongressija juhlatilaisuuksien järjestämiseen. MAJVIK sijaitsee
upean merimaiseman äärellä Espoonlahden rannalla vain
puolen tunnin ajomatkan päässä Helsingin keskustasta tai
Helsinki-Vantaan lentoasemalta.
Yli 20 hehtaarin tilalla sijaitsevat sulavasti luontoon
sovitettu v. 1990 valmistunut päärakennus, kallioisen
mäen laella oleva entisöity jugendlinna sekä rannan
tuntumassa olevat kokous- ja saunatilat.
Majvikissa on useita toimivia luentosaleja sekä
kokous- ja ryhmätyötiloja, joiden suunnittelussa ammattikouluttajat ovat olleet alusta asti mukana. Luentosaleissa
on nykyaikainen av-välineistö. Majvikissa on 130 vuodepaikkaa yhden ja kahden hengen huoneissa. Lisävuoteita
käytettäessä voidaan majoittaa 200 henkeä. Huoneista
kaksi on invavarusteisia.
Ravintolapalvelut kuuluvat olennaisena osana niin
kokous- kuin juhlatilaisuuksiinkin. Ravintolatiloina toimivat
pääravintola kabinetteineen, Pehtoori teemailtoineen sekä
upea jugendlinna vanhan ajan tunnelmineen. Ateria on
nautittavissa runsaan buffet-pöydän antimista tai pöytiin
tarjoiltuna. Kesäaikaan onnistuvat vaikkapa grillijuhlat
telttakatoksessa. Kaikissa tiloissamme on A-oikeudet.
Majvikissa käytössänne on:
• 9 luentosalia 20 – 100 hengelle
• 3 luentosalia on liikuteltavien väliseinien ansiosta
yhdistettävissä, jolloin tilaa on 300 kokousvieraalle
• 11 pienempää kokoustilaa sekä ryhmätyötiloja
• ravintolatiloja tilaisuuden luonteen mukaan
• 6 saunaa, joista 3 päärakennuksessa (uima-allas)
ja 3 ranta-alueella
• aulabaari vapaaseen illanviettoon.

MAJVIK Conference and Congress Hotel
MAJVIK Conference and Congress Hotel with its
comfortable and functional facilities, is the perfect spot
for conferences and congresses, training events and
celebrations. MAJVIK is located in beautiful natural
surroundings on the shores of Espoonlahti Bay, just half
an hour’s drive from the centre of Helsinki and HelsinkiVantaa Airport.
The main building, completed in 1990, and the
carefully restored Art Nouveau ‘Castle’ set on a rocky
hilltop, blend in with the natural surroundings of the 20
hectare estate, with additional conference and sauna
facilities right down on the shore. Majvik has a number
of excellent lecture halls, conference and meeting rooms
that have been planned with advice from professional
educators. The lecture halls are fitted with the latest AV
equipment. There are 130 beds in Majvik arranged in
single and double rooms, but with extra beds we can
accommodate up to 200 people. Two bedrooms are
specially fitted out for the disabled.
Restaurant services are an essential part of both
conferences and celebrations. At Majvik there is the main
restaurant with its private function rooms, The Pehtoori
room that can be decorated for special theme evenings
and the splendid Art Nouveau castle with its old-world
charm. You can enjoy your meal from the buffet or have
it served to the table. In summertime we can also arrange
al fresco barbeques under elegant canopies. All our
restaurants are fully licensed.

for 300 persons
