Rugby Tournament!
Congratulations to the Year 5 boys Tag Rugby team who
qualified for the Island Tag Rugby Finals. After several games,
the boys went through to the ‘plate’ competition and won all of
their games in this section. 32 schools started the competition
and our team finished in 8th place, which was fantastic. The team
were Samuel Thomas, Ben Hobbs, Ridwaan Ahmed, Jude Bunce, Freddie
Newton, Mitchell Cox, Max Harper, Vincent Morgan and Joel Bunce.
2 Games - 13 Goals!
Congratulations go out to two of our football teams this week.
Firstly, on Tuesday, the Year 4 football team travelled to
Godshill to play their first competitive match for the school
(many of whom were playing their first match ever!) we won 10
- 0. They played really well and scored some fantastic goals.

Secondly, yesterday, the Year 5/6 football team played host to Holy Cross and
won 3-0. Once again they showed excellent determination and skill and passed
the ball well to comfortably beat a hardworking Holy Cross team.
Well done to all the boys involved, there will be more fixtures for both teams
coming up after the half-term holiday - keep your eyes peeled for more footballing
action.
