The brief
Thunderhead.com, leading provider of Software as a
Service (SaaS) solutions for customer engagement
had expanded rapidly since Area Sq completed
their Elstree office and 4th floor space in the same
building in Soho. Thunderhead.com took the 5th floor
and wanted Area Sq to roll out their refreshed brand
identity.
Our solution
Area Sq designed a dynamic forward-thinking
environment, with echoes of an uber-cool boutique,
which compliments their brand and their pioneering
customer journey solution. The existing 4th floor has
been reworked and transformed and the new 5th
floor boasts many client-facing areas for transient
workers and clients including a Software Design Lab
and an Ideas Table. Client-facing staff are located by
these areas to maximise customer experience and
through intelligent design the space houses over
50 work platforms. Sister company Sketch Studios
chose stylish furniture including high back chairs for
quiet working, standing collaboration furniture and
external benching for the terrace.

the office. Thanks to technology and a wide range

working environment from which to work.
