The legal owner should provide assured sufficient parking space for vehicles. 7. There should be a provision for 24 hours Electricity supply preferably with 100% power backup round the clock. 8. The legal owner will undertake to carry out annual repairs and maintenance every year. 9. In case of high rise building, provision of lift is essential. 10. The building should have appropriate fire safety compliance mechanism. 11.
